Why do they still put the black tape on Khali figs? He hasnt used it since he was on SD! before ECW and Raw...

Pretty decent set I must say. I'll only be getting RA31 Shelton and Funaki. From AD31, I'll get Big Daddy V and Striker, and I might get the HHH/Steph and maybe not Khali.
