Can someone tell me what that nasally sounding bastard Kennedy has REALLY done to deserve it?
He seems to be gone on programming more than he stays, he has a decent move set, the crowd doesn't exactly go ape **** for him.... and if it wasn't for his shtick, I don't think he'd be as 'over' as he is.
Punk on the other hand is someone the WWE wants to push into a spot light because of his life style, he sells merchandise, has wrestled some of the best matches on PPV and free TV... why in the hell would they push him over Punk with the MITB???

I got one thing to say: SmackDown spoilers. That's odd, seeing as how the spoilers mention neither Ken Kennedy or Money in the Bank. Yeah, looks like the spoilers were wrong, because it said Punk lost the MITB to Edge.

Honestly if anyone should beat Punk (and I don't think anyone should) it should be MVP. Not Kennedy, not Jericho, not anyone else, MVP is primed for the main event before Kennedy & Jericho atm but will still make it based on his performances alone, Punk is primed but needs this.

Isn't Finlay the one who "injured" Kennedy?

If anyone deserves the MITB, it's MVP. He's shown he can hold a Title and not go stale When was this? He's been a stale US Champ for about 8 months now.

Punk didn't lose MITB to Edge...... Btw, Kennedy should not beat Punk for the contract. I honestly find Kennedy stale and boring. He doesn't have that factor that pulls me in to be attracted to him. I don't really find anything he does in the ring that entertaining, the only mic skills he has is saying his name repeatedly, and he just doesn't appeal.

I wish Jeff could've just won. I don't like Punk or Kennedy as the MITB holder.
Also watching MITB I couldn't help but feel the whole time like something was missing. I figured it was because Jeff wasn't there but then I realized, it was Shelton Benjamin. Benjamin could've saved what was a pretty boring MITB match. He could've done what he did in the first two matches, and brought back what made Money in the Bank, Money in the Bank. But no, they take him out of the match early. They did it last year too with Jeff. It's not so much the actual ladder breaking spot, it's why can't they save it for near the end of the match. Imagine Shelton gets a bunch of cool spots in, and Punk wins by pushing him off the ladder through another one. It makes no sense. At least do the ladder break in a different spot.
I also hate the switching around of the contract. Money in the Bank gets you a title shot for a year. I don't see why they had to take it off Kennedy last year, even if his injury did take as long as originally thought to heal. He could have had a huge return if he had the briefcase. Hell, when he came back he could've cashed in right there, unless they really did plan for him to wait all the way until Mania. They gave Punk MITB and now they're barely building him up. Let him talk damn it. He has good mic skills, utilize them. Hopefully he will feud with Kennedy, but they'll use the feud to build Punk up, not just lose the briefcase. A good feud with Kennedy could boost him enough before he eventually does cash in. Kennedy doesn't need Money in the Bank; Punk does.
