T-Pain has had more **** and more money in 10 minutes, then you'll have in your entire life. Nothing needs to die. There is someone out there that likes something that no one else likes. the point being, if some form of music were to die people would be sad. It's alright if you like T-Pain, no need to cry about it. And, do you know me? No, so shut the up. do you know T-Pain? No, so shut the up. i didn't take a shot at you, i stated a fact.No need to cry over things you can't change.Screech brought up a good point, it's pretty much the same with hardcore ROH fans.

Predicting the future isn't a fact. And why should he shut up? This is a thread about music trends people don't like, not how much more money T-Pain will make than us.

Pop music in general, bad samples and rap that is fake ganster. Like T-Pain, Flo Rida, the popular stuff now but, Tupac, NWA, Public Enemy, Beastie Boys, and Kottonmouth Kings are sick.
And poser rock. *cough*Fall out boy*cough*

I'd like to see the current mainstream die out. Well, actually change would be a better choice of words. All the mainstream rock is sooo simple, generic, and sounds the same. All the rap is pretty much the same, but just alot worse. People are so narrow minded.

Humm lets see.
1. Women singers having to be shaped like a tooth pick 2. Emo 3. Music so complicated that nothing can be understood 4. Emo 5. Kids becoming "emo" or "goth" because it is popular.

Most Mainstream music is terrible. It is the lesser known bands that will keep music alive.

Scene kids, and like others have said, every song doesn't need to feature T-Pain.

So a random bunch of words is better than a song that means something ? Do not know if it is a trend but this whole phase going on right now where music has to be catchy and you have to look/dress like a girl to get signed is rediculous. You mean the Glam Metal era? yea, but from what i can tell, the people of the Glam Metal era didn't take the whole dressing up thing to seriously, they seemed to have a sense of humour about it.... not the same with today's... ... And the music was much better

Pre-meditated "encores" at concerts have always bothered me. Especially when it's an opening act.

1. people having no clue what they're talking about but feeling obliged to continue in doing so. example: emo Same. It'll never cease to amaze me how kids will call craplike Panic at the Disco emo, yet they've never heard of Fugazi or Sunny Day Real Estate. Oh, and hardcore kids that wear baseball hats. I can guarantee that 85% of those kids don't even watch baseball.

People who write a song about how they just want some time alone, and then follow it up with a song about how they're lonely. Stupid contradicting human emotions.
