For me... it's easily Norman Smiley back in WCW in 1999/2000 especially with Ralphus. Putting him in all the different sports gear and in hardcore matches being afraid and still winning was just hilarious. I agree.... Waylon Mercy ranks up there for me too.. |

Waylon Mercy was a great idea that just didn't take off. A wrestling serial killer is pretty cool.
Also, Doink, as a heel, was a great idea too.....too bad Vince drove it into the ground.
