the figures are supposed to be released from china on may 15, so I figure by early june we should have them in hand

oh man, here we go again, its the "where are CS16 protos" syndrome all over again
CS18 hasnt even hit mass retail yet.
its going to be at least another few weeks before we could potentially see CS19 protos.

My guess is because they removed the Black Tiger mask from Eddie, that the new protos have been put on hiatus until they figure out what the hell they are doing with him.
