Just ordered tickets for the Alkaline Trio show in Columbus on March 3rd, to get the tickets you had to also pre-order a copy of their new album for $7.00, a pretty good deal since I would end up buying it anyway.

Last week, I got:  Crash Love [Expanded Edition] by AFI ...and last night after work, I got:  The Essential "Weird Al" Yankovic by "Weird Al" Yankovic The Expanded Edition of Crash Love comes with the 4 tracks that are on the bonus disc for the in-store deluxe edition, plus 2 extra tracks that are iTunes exclusives. It is the iTunes LP version that basically runs as a bonus DVD does, with links to lyrics, photos, artwork, and you can play the tracks from there as well. And the 2-disc Essential Collection of "Weird Al" is just great. He has been one of my favorites since I learned who he was in 1996 with "Bad Hair Day", and I've enjoyed him since then. He was even was the first concert I ever went to, in May 2000. |

Went to my local CD/DVD shop today. Sold them a few movies and with the money I got back, I spent on these.   Got both of these cds a few weeks ago but hadn't posted them here yet. Bob Dylan's cd is really good, I love listening to Christmas classics. Also I like a lot of the songs on the Luke Bryan cd and some from his previous cd as well.. |
