 Just Like You by Allison Iraheta - $9.99 The Fame Monster [2-disc Edition] by Lady Gaga - $19.99Allison's album is good from what I listened to. She has a very beautiful voice for her age - think she's 16 - and she was my favorite off this past season of American Idol. The day that she killed it on "Alone" by Heart, I knew she'd get a record deal even if she didn't win the contest, and when I found out her album would be out by year's end, said I was gonna get it, and I did. Very Pop-Rock oriented album, little more poppy sounding than, say, Avril Lavigne, but I like it. And the Lady Gaga album...well it's just good. I was NOT big on her when "Poker Face" first came out, in fact, couldn't stand the song, walked away from where the radio was at work when it came on. And then I watched the video. Was completely entranced by her. Rumours be damned, she's still hot as f**k! Then saw the vid for "Paparazzi" and I really liked that song as well as the video. The version I got of it is the 2-disc that is The Fame Monster on the first disc, those 8 new tracks, and the 2nd is the original The Fame album. Wasn't gonna spend $26 on those 2 alone when I could get them in a 2-disc set for $6 cheaper, LoL. Both purchased at Best Buy. |

Oh, and for those who pre-ordered the Super Deluxe, it gets a full album download 2 weeks prior to the ship date of 12/21/09. It was limited to 1,000 copies and it was valid in the US only. Glad that I'll be one of the 1,000 that owns the Super Deluxe. |

 Heartkiller - Single by H.I.M. Got it from iTunes last night, and I just absolutely love this song. I really do hope the rest of the album sounds this way, because I think this will be up there with Razorblade Romance [at least in my eyes, it will.] |
