I believe so. You might not be able to hot-link them on forums or anything... But if you need to do that, just use imageshack.us .

Do a search on free web hosting. Most of it isn't "free", but uses ads and popups. You can host your own from your computer, but that's a a lot more expensive. Godaddy.com gives you a domain name and a place to host your site, but it's a pay service.
