wrestlers that started out as a tag team that went on to both have great singles carrers? countless times when a succesful team breaks up 1 of the 2 go on to have a good singles run and the other kind of fades away. i would have to go with edge and christian edge is a current main eventer and multiple world/wwe champ and christian had a good singles run in wwe and tna champ aswell as tna maineventer

Obviously, their tag team partners didn't fair too well,
but guys like Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart achieved a great amount of success after splitting from their original tag teams in the WWF.

Yes i agree with you on Edge and Christian. They have probably been the most succesful individuals being mixed with a tag team aswell.
The Hardyz have never won the big one. They are very good single wrestlers but the best they've achieved is a mid-card championship really.

Sky Scrapers: Undertaker, Sid and Teddy Long. Although I don't think Sid and Undertaker ever teamed up they were both in the same Tag Team just at different times.

I honestly can't think of any that both members became successful.

Hollywood Blonds, could have been potentially been one of the greatest, Austin success is obvious, but Pillman's accident ruined a career of a great wrestler and the Loose Cannon gimmick from 1995/96 was awesome and so far ahead of its time. Who knows how far he could have gone in the WWF if he wasn't nursing the ankle his whole tenure with them, which sadly killed him eventually.

This is a joke right? I can think of 10 tag wrestlers that have been more successful and more over than this guy.

now who do u think was the biggest disapointment as far as teams splitting up and 1 star going nowhere? id have to say for me possibly charlie haas or even WGTT in general. i would have loved to see shelton in the main event scene by now and haas possibly as midcard level at as IC or US champ

This is a joke right? I can think of 10 tag wrestlers that have been more successful and more over than this guy. He went on to have a victory against Triple H, and was in the main event for a while. That's successful.
