Oh, well. Doesn't really matter. I've already downloaded the Caesar & Cleopatra theme from a theme forum which is in 9/10 quality. But when a good themer friend of mine comes online next, I'll just make a request to him and he'll hook me up with the one direct from the production music archive, which is in perfect CD quality.
And yes, I now know the official name of the theme as well and that's all the info I need.

I stand corrected. It is not from a production music archive, but rather a soundtrack.
For all the themers out there that want this great, rare theme of Caesar & Cleopatra, all you need is an Mp3 finder like Limewire or MP3 Rocket and search up "Victory Parade".
It is made by Miklos Rozsa and is from the Ben-Hur soundtrack. I personally love this theme and it has eluded me for many years, but not anymore. I have FINALLY found it!! ;D
