But really I'm not that up for trying to understand the TNA website. What is up with the Egotistical 8 if they already have a three way tag match at sacrifice. What do those 8 guys have to do with the tag team champs?

It's not a three way. It's a tournament.
Team 3D
Cage/Rhino
Super Eric/AJ Styles
L.A.X
then the "Egotistical 8" will all be teamed up (like Storm/Sting, Kip/BG, Kong/Morgan, Booker/Roode or whatever) and that'll be an 8 team tourney.

To lay it out even simpler...
There is going to be a tournament at Sacrifice for the vacant tag titles.
The tournament will have 8 teams. 4 of those teams qualified over the past two weeks on Impact. Those teams are:
Styles & Super Eric
Christian & Rhino
Team 3D
LAX
The other four teams will be made up of random combinations of the 8 people who were announced on Thursday as the "Egotistical Eight".
I have no idea where you could possibly have gotten the idea that there is a three way tag match.

Oh when I looked at the results, I had only seen up to three teams. I hadn't seen LAX put into them tournament. Oh ok I see now. How dumb.

man why couldn't do what would have made the most sense and have a tag title tourment with lax team 3d the guns rock and rave black rain rellk ey kaz and pety stiner and aj and tomko i know why its an other example of vince russo and tna's ass back wards booking

Eh, did some creative genius just decide upon the term "Egotistical Eight" because it's alliteration? 'Cause it makes no ing sense to me. Then again, there's not alot in TNA that does make sense to me.. |

It's still way more complicated then it should be. What isn't complicated in TNA? I nearly LMAO when I bothered to catch the replay of Impact last night and had to listen to Cornette explain some random match stips for like 5 minutes straight. |
