Hogan beat HHH at Backlash 2002, but not sure if HHH ever beat Hogan. I'd be supprised if he did, because Hogan never jobs. You don't remember WWF/E 2002 as well as you think, then.

(Aired on June 6th, 2002) - Triple H and Hulk Hogan co-won a 20-man battle royal at 8:14 when both men hit the the floor at the same time following a Triple H clothesline; order of elimination: Farooq by D-Von Dudley via backdrop (:50), D-Von by Triple H (1:33), Billy Kidman by Test via a boot to the face as Kidman stood on the apron (1:51), Val Venis by Christian (1:58), Christian by Hulk Hogan (2:21), Randy Orton by Kurt Angle via backdrop (3:16), Al Snow by Chris Jeircho via a forearm blow as Snow stood on the apron (3:35), Lance Storm by Mark Henry via clothesline (3:45), Chavo Guerrero Jr. by Henry via gorilla press onto Storm (3:58), the Hurricane by Angle after avoiding the chokeslam (4:17), Hugh Morrus by Angle via clothesline (4:23), Albert by Angle as Albert attempted to eliminate Hardcore Holly (4:43), Henry eliminated by falling over the top while lunging at Angle, who stood on the ring apron (5:11), Angle by Holly (5:34), Holly by Test via a boot (5:41), Jericho by Hogan and Test by Triple H (6:47); the match was to determine the #1 contender to the world title and who would face the Undertaker at the King of the Ring; after the bout, a one-on-one bout was made by Vince McMahon for later in the night between Hogan and Triple H Triple H pinned Hulk Hogan with the Pedigree at 6:43 after kicking out of the legdrop; after the match, Hogan brought Triple H back into the ring to shake his hand and both men posed until they were attacked by Kurt Angle and the Undertaker; due to prematch stipulations, Triple H earned a title match against the Undertaker for the King of the Ring
