Do Hell in a Cell matches always start on top of the cell or is it just random? I've only done two of them. Also, I'm stuck on the objective for the Rock Vs. Austin Relive match called "Brawl in the Arena" or something like that. It says to grapple Rock on either corner of the baracades by entrance. Is it the baracades closer to the ring or the ones up closer by the stage? +1 karma for an answer to this, it's the only thing I have left to do other than finish Legend Killer Mode and win a Royal Rumble. Anyone? |

Please can someone help. In a royal rumble, when they are hanging by their hands and the buttons for 'attacker' and 'defender' appear, what do you do? i'm never able to press it first, so they stay in, and are always able to eliminate me which is getting to be a right pain in the arse. I'm thinking there's a specific button/s that i need to press but i can't get it right anyone |

well, i finished beatin the game last night...the game was really fun, and i should really get sd vs raw 09 so i can import the roster

At ringside, stand in the corner of the barricade near the crowd, across from a ringpost, and when "objective" comes up on the screen hit X (A for 360) and you and The Rock will go in the crowd. |

I spent about 20 minutes reviewing the tutorial and I absolutely love the game now. The game play is far and away better than the ridiculous SD vs. Raw gameplay. |

Has nothing to do with SD vs. Raw actually. I can't compare the two because I think I have played a grand total of 20 minutes of any of the SD vs. Raw games. I say these controls suck because they are unresponsive. And that pin system is flawed terribly. Not bitching, just stating my opinion. And my opinion is the game is pretty crappy. I will say that the nostalgia of the WM Tour videos is cool though. |

I'm getting used to the controls. My only problem with the game is the lack of other arenas. I wouldn't mind them adding either an old Raw arena or a WWF Superstars arena. I just get bored having to fight at just WrestleMania's. I know thats the whole point of the game but I usually create my own storylines to WrestleMania and I hate using Royal Rumble over and over again.

For those of you bitching about the pin system...when you have a small enough amount of health that you can't make it to the blue area by mashing the buttons, you're supposed to mash it to get it up a little bit, and then hold a button and from your yellow meter, a green meter will come out and quickly fill up the circle. You have to let go of the button and stop the green meter on the blue on the way.

you can just come in an number 30 and win, you don't have to start at 1

So, I played some more today. I was finally able to beat HBK at WM14. Took me so long, but I did it. Then....I began to do Rock/Austin from WM15. There's so many challenges, I thought I'd never finish. But, to my surprise I did it on my first try. I got REAL lucky when I reversed the Rock Bottom. It was such a fun match though.
I did the first 3 or so 'Rewrite' matches after that. Easy. Then, I did a few exhibition matches. I finally tried out the Ladder match, with HBK (me) vs. Rick Rude for the IC belt. I really don't like the Ladder match. No going outside the ring sucks. And the way to have to set the ladder up and grab the belt isn't too good. The match ends WAY too fast. It's too easy. Plus, the fact that it's always the WWE title, until the celebration cut scene, is intellectually- disabled.
As my last match of the night, I did my first tag match. LOD (me) vs. Iron Shiek and Volkoff for the World Tag Titles. This was my favorite match I've ever played in LOWM so far. The tag matches in this game are awesome! So much better than SvR09's (which is very ironic, considering tag matches was one of the biggest selling points for SvR09).
It was just such a fun, realistic match. I won it with the (awesome looking) Doomsday Device.
