Wait a minute...arent they using the DOR engine for this game? I only ask cause it seems to me that it would be almost impossible to import say Randy Orton from SVR's engine and put him in Legends of Wrestlemania that uses a completely different engine...

Why? Both games are using the same animations, just the core gameplay is different.

I know Savage isn't going to be in it so Warrior certainly better had be otherwise this game will be missing a serious chunk of it's main events.
I really hope the following wrestlers make it into the game.....

I saw this a while back on the IGN boards but I don't know what to take it as. Doesn't seem like he knew they were making a Legends game until fans brought it to his attention. Seems he thinks because his name was mentioned by IGN members he will be in. Macho Man has been mentioned every time possible but we all know he has .01% chance of making it in the game. I wouldn't mind having Tatanka in the game but with a roster of only 40 or so, I can think of more deserving wrestlers. |

Well if Dusty was in, who was the only male competitor he ever faced at a Wresltemania?
I know Savage is a longshot but this game needs him, I hope Vince allows him to be in the game.

The back of the instruction booklet for SvR2009 Legends of Wrestlemania advertisement page says "WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009 Connectivity-Import Superstars from WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2009 into WWE Legends of Wrestlemania to create fantasy match ups" it also says " Available on Playstation 3 and Playstation 2 computer entertainment systems and PSP (playstation portable) System." So here hoping for it`ll be released on ps2 and you can add superstars from SvR2009 that would be the most kick ass thing ever!!

^I think that is a typo, the PS2 and PSP thing. There is an interview where the THQ creative manager says the things they want to do are only possible on the PS3 and 360. Link is below. If the games are interactive with each other and SvR2009 was released for ps2 they should rightfully release LOWM for ps2 as well otherwise ps2 owners get screwed and the false advertising doesn`t help matters much. If I have to Buy a PS 3 to play this game I`m going to be one pissed gamer! and it`ll most likely be the last game I buy until they want to cater to ALL Sony customers. It`s bad enough that the GTA title not available for ps2 in GTA 4, makes no sesne to release it for ps3 when all other games were for ps2.
