Yokozuna has to be in the game due to the fact he headlined two wrestlemania's surely?
If Warior is defintely in i will give you my money for the game right now!
Don't understand why Jerry Lawler is in though. Don't really remember him featuring in wrestlemania matches very much.

I don't see how they can exclude Savage... I mean, this is suppose to be the best of Wrestlemanias! WM 3, his match with Steamboat. WM 4 winning the tournament. WM 5 feud with Hogan. WM 7 match with Warrior. Hard to just brush those under the rug.

I don't see how they can exclude Savage... I mean, this is suppose to be the best of Wrestlemanias! WM 3, his match with Steamboat. WM 4 winning the tournament. WM 5 feud with Hogan. Savage has been banned from having action figures for years now, it should come as no surprise that he will not be in. |

The point is that the game has a theme that can not exclude Macho. This isn't just a Legends game, it's a game that chronicles the history of WM.

This isn't just a Legends game, it's a game that chronicles the history of WM.No, not really, otherwise Lawler wouldn't even be in the game in the first place. The WrestleMania name is being used as selling point but it's certainly not going to feature every WrestleMania main event. |

I strongly doubt that Shamrock will be in the game and at this time, I see there being at least 28 wrestlers who will definitely be in the game since they were in the SVR games as legends or in Greg Valentine's case, DOR.

You know i really don't understand the inclusion of somebody like Dusty Rhodes, because i think he only wrestled 1 match at wrestlemania and that was obviously against Savage so i really don't see the point at all in him. It's nice for people that do want him, but that's all in my opinion.

Oh and there's no way Shamrock will be in the game. Heck, if he's in you better start putting guys like nation of domination in and face it that's not going to happen. Bottom line i don't want Shamrock in this game.

What I don't understand is how other people don't understand why such and such is/isn't in the game.
People, this is NOT a "Legends of Wrestlemania" game, that's just the title, it doesn't really mean anything. They're just going to put in old well-known wrestlers that have at some point worked for WWE, and they will pick people they have or want to sign. Do you think they care if Macho is a big part of mania's history?, no, if they don't try to sign him, it's because they dont want to, and they know it won't affect sales much.
Now that i've got my thoughts on that across, I don't watch wrestling anymore nor do I buy the current games, tihs however is one game I will likely get for nostalgia. I'm expecting gameplay to be identical to SDvR09, I'm sure everyone pretty much knows it will be, which isn't wonderful, but I can live with it.
Aslong as it has a solid roster, the good old CAW for me to add people who aren't in it, online, a story mode, etc. Then i'll likely get it, simply because it will be awesome to play a game completely themed on the awesome periods of WWF, not the current WWE rubbish.

it uses a different engine, so gameplay will be different from the svr series.

If you haven't played current games, how do you know SvR09 gameplay isn't wonderful? It's been stated many times that gameplay will differ from the Smackdown series. |

I'm very excited about this game. It's great the King is in playable, since the snubbed him in SVR this year. He has also appeared at more WrestleManias than just a few. I hope Gorilla Monsoon is a character.
