Jeff Hardy's suspension will be up in a matter of days. If/when he returns to WWE what do you think the fan reaction will be? I think he'll probably get a monster pop right where he left off.
On the other hand, many (most?) fans know why he has been absent so he could get a mixed reaction too. I doubt he would get a heel reaction.
What do you think?

I'm expecting Orton and some random heel will be beating down HHH or someone and Jeff Hardy will run to the ring to make the save resulting in loud crowd reaction. To punish Hardy, Vince and Aitch will make Jeff walk into a Pedigree and throw him back into a mid-card feud.

He's a crowd pleaser. he'll get cheered. Saying that, everybody get's cheered when they first make their return, with the exception of DH Smith.

No way will Jeff just make some random appearance. The WWE hates spontaneity. They will advertise a promo for his return repeatedly.
I think the fans don't really give a s*** when it comes to that. When it comes to drugs the fans don't seem to care. But anything else more severe I think they are less forgiving. Case in point, Stone Cold. Ever since those charges of him being a wife beater he seems to get a considerable amount LESS of a pop compared to his glory days.

Fat 40 year old virgins who think they know everything, but no piss all about actual wrestling will boo, because it is cool to cheer the heels and boo the faces  And god please no one say Orgasm and JR in the same post, that Satino segment cracks me up. I would be pleasantly surprised if the WWE did bring him back without promoting it. It would show that they finally realize that the same s*** they have been doing for the last 10 years hasn't been working.
