World Tag Titles Vacated

Right after returning to the locker room after last night's bout, one half of the ROH World Tag Team Champions Jay Briscoe vacated the belts. We will have more information within 24 hours in the next ROHwrestling.com Newswire.

Wow, never saw this coming. I wish they would have just dropped the belts to AOTF last night instead of vacating them.

May 12th: In a shocker, ROH World Tag Team Champion Jay Briscoe vacated the belts after the Manhattan event. There will be an article on the main page of ROHwrestling.com later today explaining why Briscoe vacated the titles. There will be a tournament on June 6th in Hartford, CT to determine the new champions. ROH officials are not sure of the format of the tourney yet, but it will be announced this week at ROHwrestling.com. The first two teams are already entered and they are Jimmy Jacobs & Tyler Black of The Age Of The Fall and the duo of Kevin Steen & El Generico. Save 15-20% on tickets now at ROHwrestling.com. There are still some great ringside seats, but they are sure to go quick since you are guaranteed to witness new champions crowned in Hartford.
