On May 17th and 18th, 2008, eight tag teams will meet at the Burbank Armory for the second ever Dynamite Duumvirate Tag Team Title Tournament (DDT4), and much like the first tournament, whichever team wins the final match will be the undisputed Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Tag Team Champions. Also like last year's tournament, the field of competitors is diverse, being comprised teams from all over the world, and they've all set their sights on the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Tag Team Championship. _________ Steenerico vs. Richards/Dragon should be awesome, the rest of the first round matches look good as well. Awesome seeing 2.0 in PWG. Hopefully this will be as good as last years tournament. Should be a great weekend of wrestling.

Ibushi and KATEGORA in PWG?!!! yeah! Hope we get a DR/Dragon vs. Ibushi/KATEGORA match. If Steen/Generico advance (which they probably will), I'm sure the match would still rule.

Lets go Davey.
A win for Davey Richards is a win for America.

Davey has to show up first before the match can happen. He seems to have difficulty getting to PWG shows.

Hopefully, Steenerico will wind up retaining. They just recently took the belts off Ryan and Lost.

This entire tournament looks awesome all around. I'm hoping The Young Bucks end up winning because as of late I've been marking out for them a lot and they definitely deserve something like that to boost them up.

Is this going to be El Blazer's United States debut? Sick.

I'd pay for an Airfare to Cali just to see El Blazer do his Tightrope Running Dropkick in person.

PWG DDT4 Night One Results Credit: Dr.Gonzo from the PWG message board _________________________________________
Hook Bomberry def. Nemesis
DDT4 First Round Match: Los Luchas def. 2.0
TJ Perkins def. Candice LeRae
DDT4 First Round Match: Jack Evans & Roderick Strong def. Ronin & Scorpio Sky
After intermission Excalibur came out and talked about the problems with the title over the last few months and introduced Tornado who came out to a large positive crowd response. He seemed very touched by the fans and talked about the injury and what the title meant to him. Before leaving he answers the big question on the fans minds by yelling "By the way, I'm keeping the damn title..." and, as quickly as he could, left the ring and headed back. Excalibur looked around confused and gave chase.
DDT4 First Round Match: El Blazer & KAGETORA def. The Dynasty
Austin Aries def. Jay Briscoe
DDT4 First Round Match - Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Tag Team Championship Title Match El Generico & Kevin Steen (C) def. Super Dragon & Davey Richards to retain the PWG World tag titles.
After the match Excalibur came out to Steenerico and mentioned that they'd had the titles for a long time now (Generico held up two fingers indicating two months). Excalibur then told them that in those two months this had been their first title match, and told them they needed to give him one good reason why he shouldn't strip the titles right now. Steen grabbed them mic and said he's read a lot of **** online the past few months about not being in PWG. Excalibur asked where the hell he'd been to which Steen replied he'd been with his wife and newborn child and pointed them out in the back of the armory. Excalibur said that if he really cared about the ugly kid he'd honor his PWG dates. After another ugly baby comment Steen grabbed Excalibur and gave him three packgae piledrivers in a row, to which the crowd chanted ONE MORE TIME. Steen walked to the back of the armory and got his son, took him into the ring and put him on Excalibur. He and then crowd then counted the three and Steen celebrated with his son. After getting his son out of the ring someone in the audience shouted "STEAL HIS SHOES!", so Generico took off Excalibur's shoes and stuffed them into his tights while Steen began to remove his "real cool shirt". Generico's attempt to steal Ex's pants were thwarted by Steen who said nobody wanted to see that. He then said that they deserved the titles more than anyone because they love PWG and PWG is their home. Dino came out and checked on Ex while they left the ring.

I'm expecting Steen and Generico to win DDT4, now that both, the Dynasty and Dragon and Richards have been eliminated. I'd love to see El Blazer and KAGETORA win it all, but I doubt that PWG would put the belts on two foreigners, who don't seem to be signed for any more matches after DDT4's over.

I predict a Strong/Evans vs. Steenerico finals, with Steenerico going over and retaining the belts.

PWG DDT4 Night Two Results Credit: SenimSilla from the PWG message board _________________________________________
DDT4 Second Round Match: Jack Evans & Roderick Strong def. Los Luchas
Davey Richards def. Austin Aries via submission after a Texas Cloverleaf.
After the match. Davey cut a promo and said "it feels good to be home." He's going to Japan for three months, but he'll be back for the PWG title.
DDT4 Second Round Match - Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Tag Team Championship Title Match Kevin Steen & El Generico (C) def. El Blazer & KAGETORA after Steen hit Blazer with a lariat while Blazer was in mid-flight.
Blazer/KAGETORA got "please come back" chants.
Dino came out and told Tornado to surrender the title. Tornado said he'd give up the title if Candice LeRae comes out. She does, and he shakes her hand, then starts to attack her. Dino attacks Tornado. Jay Briscoe runs out and lays out Dino. Then Necro Butcher runs out to start the Jay/Necro match.
Necro Butcher def. Jay Briscoe with the Tiger Driver. Tornado was at ringside with his crutch. He hit the ref with it, so Necro took the crutch and hit Tornado's bad knee with it, then got the Tiger Driver for the win.
Joey Ryan/Scott Lost/TJ Perkins/Hook Bomberry def. Scorpio Sky/CandiceLeRae /2.0 with a powerbomb. Really fun match. 2.0 was way over and got a "please come back chant," as did Candice.
DDT4 Third Round [Finals] Match - Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World Tag Team Championship Title Match Jack Evans & Roderick Strong def. El Generico & Kevin Steen (C) to win the PWG World tag titles.
