I quite enjoyed the 2007 KOTM even with having Chris Harris in. It was still really good.
With the amount of star power TNA has these days i'm thinking they'll add as much as they can to the Main Event. Though i'm pretty certain Joe will still retain since they won't take the belt off him that early.
Should be a good PPV though. For some reason TNA always do Slammiversary better than Bound For Glory which is meant to be their 'real' main PPV.

Samoa Joe vs James Storm vs Booker T vs Robert Roode vs Christian Cage

This PPV is the make or break... it has the potential to be one of the best in the year however if they blow it on this one, I will never, EVER give TNA another chance and I know that I can do it because I've only ordered 1 TNA ppv this year and the last one before that was in 06... I'm ordering this PPV though...

Thats a good question. I was thinking since it was TNA 5 year anniversary last year they should of had some kind of special event there like a Impact or what would be really cool if they had Slammiversay in the Asylum Why doesn't TNA do a House Show in Nashville in the Asylum?!?!

Yeah, because drawing 3,500 fans for your anniversary show in the "place that started it all" that was a PPV is a great reason to go back. Up until AAO '08 Slammiversary was their lowest PPV attendance to date. No reason to go back to a place you didn't draw.

TNA house shows have draw 3,000-4,000 before. My point was if Nasvhille was such a "hot spot" for TNA then why didn't it draw more?

I don't see why they're putting the wedding on a PPV, much less Slammiversary. That's something that should take place on impact.

I think it's a filler segment. If you look at any TNA PPV normally with only two shows less we know 5-6 matches. We only got KOTM, Kaz/Williams.

The KOTM makes sense..
Samoa Joe - The champion that wants to face the baddest sons of bitches in TNA. Booker T - The verteran trying to reclaim his glory Robert Roode - The Young, hungry, guy trying to win his first world title.
Then..
Tomko - The hungry big man that'snever been world champ Christian Cage - A guy who's been TNA world champ twice - trying to reclaim the title belt he never lost (both times he was stripped/screwed out of it)
Rhino - See Tomko.. mix it with Cage. Basically the big man that wants to be world champ again but has never gotten a change until now. Storm - See Roode.
