source: www.prowrestling.NET-- TNA newcomer Consequences Creed was unable to appear at this week's set of Impact tapings because he still attends college and he had some classes to attend to. His role in TNA has been limited as of late due to college and thus he can't work a full-time schedule. -- TNA taped several vignettes with Abyss at this week's tapings to set up his return. Also, TNA is looking to scale back his reliance on thumbtacks and blood & gore. A few of his peers believe that he relies too frequently on gimmick matches and doesn't have enough confidence in his actual wrestling ability. -- TNA officials are hopeful that former WWE star Bobby Lashley signs with them because they see him as another big name with star power. Kurt Angle and Booker T have been doing their best to recruit him for the company. Most sources believe that it's only a matter of time before Lashley joins TNA. Lashley has also had some discussions with the NWE promotion (the promotion Ultimate Warrior is returning to) and Mexico's AAA promotion.

As long as they keep his mouth shut and "Booker T" him then I'm fine with it.

EWWW. One of the reasons I rarley watched ECW, or Raw, whichever he was on at the time. I cannot stand the guy, he is so bland, has no chracater, has no mic skills what so ever. He is the last thing TNA needs. I seriously doubt Lashley will bring people in when Kurt Angle couldn't do much.
I was finally thinking they were going to start pushing guys like AJ, but if Lashley comes in, no doubt he will be the focus of the show.

Lashley talk again? I'm so done with this product right now. Can't wait to get the game so I can run TNA the way I think it should be run in my own mind.

Glad to hear about Lashley. Yes, I said it. I agree. Lashley would be a great edition to the TNA roster, however, I hope they dont make him champ quickly. Im wondering what they'll do with Abyss' return. Glad to see Creed is getting an education.

Thats good to hear Abyss will be cutting back on the tacks... it will make using them a more special thing and it will also do less harm to the man himself

Glad to hear about Lashley. Yes, I said it. What I'm glad about, is the fact I'm not the only guy happy about this.

Agreed 100% That's really cool to hear that TNA would sign a college student and work around his schedule. Not trying to take a shot at WWE here, but I'm sure they either wouldn't sign a college student, or expect him to drop out so he devote all his time to wrestling.

They probably have him doing piecework until he gets out of school, then they'll sign him.

Why all the Lashley hate? Sure I wasn't that big of a fan of his, but the man has talent. Why would you want his talent to go to waste doing nothing?
I'd rather him go to NWE, and I would love for NWE to get a television deal, they have a lot of great talent there, and we would finally have a "Big 3" again.

If Im not misake, Mickie James is in college...Or she was when I read about it on WWE

Then that's a little foolish on TNA's part, unless they're planning on brutally overworking him once he's done college.
