TNA Impact July 3, 2008The show begins with a TNA Cross the Line promotional video and then a recap of last weeks Impact. After the two videos, Mike Tenay and Don West welcome the fans to another edition of TNA Impact from the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida. They talk about what will be going down tonight, such as the third round of the World X Cup, tag team scramble, debut of Buchanan, and the main event, which is Kurt Angle taking on AJ Styles. We now get straight to X Division action. Sonjay Dutt def. Elix SkipperWhat a great way to start the show with two X Division veterans. Dutt dominated for the most part but Skipper did get a large amount of offense, including some big moves that got him some near falls. However, Dutt would always find a way to kick out. The crowd was mostly behind Skipper, but a few fans were cheering for Dutt. The two battled it out for a good eight minutes before Dutt would hit the Hindu Press for the victory. However, after the match, Jay Lethal came out and attacked Dutt with a steel chair. So Cal Val would end up in the ring trying to stop Lethal. However, Lethal pushed Val out of his way focusing only on Dutt. He smacked Dutt in the head again, which opened busted him open. Finally, Lethal looked around and he saw Val’s body on the ring canvas. Knowing what he did, he carried Val to the back. Rating: C+ After the commercial break, we returned to the Impact Zone with Crystal Louthan standing backstage with Kurt Angle. Crystal asks Angle about his match tonight against Styles and Angle says, “Styles, I remember what you did back in February. You took my wife away from me, and now she will not come back. You better be ready, because tonight, I’m going to break your damn ankle!” Angle then walked off jumping up and down and getting pumped up for his match. Buchanan def. Eric YoungThis was the squash of the night. Buchanan just came in and went straight for Young. For the rest of the match, Young had very few offensive moves and did not even get to pin Buchanan. The match was at least five minutes, which is not too bad, but still short. Buchanan would of course, pick up the win when he hit Young with a powerful Scissors Kick. After the match, Buchanan grabbed a microphone and began to put himself over. He said that if you need a job done, come to him, this giving him some sort of Bounty Hunter gimmick. The crowd began to boo the hell out of him, thus making him a heel right off the bat. Rating: N/A When Impact came back on the air, the camera goes around the Impact Zone showing random shots of the crowd. Finally, it settles on Mike Tenay who is standing in the middle of the ring with a microphone in hand. He announces that it is now time for the third round of the World X Cup. He tells the fans that the two matches will be six-man tag matches and the winner will receive three points for their team. The first match will be Team Japan's Curry Man, Minoru, & Milano Collection AT vs. Team United State's Kaz, Alex Shelley, & Chris Sabin. World X Cup: Kaz, Alex Shelley, & Chris Sabin def. Curry Man, Minoru, & Milano Collection ATWow, this was definitely the match of the night. The entire match was fast pace with a ton of highflying action. Most of the match was back and forth action, but it looked as if Team Japan would get the win. However, Team USA would get a surge of momentum when the tired Kaz tagged in Alex Shelley at about the 11-minute mark. Anyways, the crowd was on their feet the entire time and cheering on both teams. However, they were mostly behind Team USA because the crowd was mainly American. Overall, a solid match that the crowd loved, Team USA would end up winning when Chris Sabin hit the Cradle Shock on Minoru. After the match, the two teams stood in the ring raising each other’s hands high in the air. Rating: A- The camera went backstage after the match where Jeremy Borash was sitting with AJ Styles in the locker room. Styles seemed a little nervous about Angle’s words earlier tonight. Finally, the silence left as Karen Angle came in. She told Styles not to worry because she will be out there watching the match. Styles lifted up his head, looked at Karen, and said thank you. Before Karen left, she kissed Styles on the cheek. After the Styles and Karen segment, Mike Tenay announced that after the commercial break, the third round of the World X Cup would continue with Team Mexico's Juventud Guerrera, Nicho El Millionario, and Abismo Negro vs. Team Canada’s Petey Williams, Teddy Hart, and Tyson Dux. World X Cup: Juventud Guerrera, Nicho El Millionario, & Abismo Negro def. Petey Williams, Teddy Hart, and Tyson DuxYet another great World X Cup match, however, this was nowhere near as good as the last one. Team Mexico dominated for the most part, however, tag team matches are never squashes so Team Canada did get a good amount of offense. Team Canada tried to chain wrestle with the members of Team Mexico but most of them had troubles, so most of the match was brawling and highflying. Overall, this was a solid match with a good amount of fan support, but it should have been better. Team Mexico would end up getting three points when Abismo Negro would hit the Martinete on Tyson Dux. Rating: B After the two, World X Cup third round matches were said and done, Mike Tenay came into the and announced the current standings. Team Japan (4) Team United States (4) Team Mexico (4) Team Canada (2) It appears that there is a three-way tie. Mike Tenay told the fans that next week on Impact, the opening contest would be a triple threat with the three captains participating. The winner of that match would get two points and the two wrestlers that lost will go on to wrestle each other one on one and the winner will get one point thus, deciding the World X Cup finals. Kurt Angle def. AJ StylesThis match could have been the match of the night if the ending was not so bad, we will get to that later. Anyways, for the most part, this was a entertaining and excellent match. These two displayed the most chain and technical wrestling I have seen in a long time, it was amazing. Of course, no one really dominated, but Styles actually seemed a step ahead. However, Angle locked on the Ankle lock at about the 15-minute mark, which “injured” Styles’ leg. For the rest of the match, which lasted about seven more minutes, AJ was limping. However, he hit the Styles Clash but Angle some how found a way to kick out. Then, Angle locked on the Ankle Lock, but this time on the other leg. Now, both of Styles’ legs were “injured”. Finally, Karen, who was at ringside watching AJ suffer, came in while the ref was checking on Styles. The two stared at each other for a little bit until the two ran at each other and hugged! Styles looked at the two together and shook his head. Finally, Karen left the ring as Angle hit the Angle Slam for the victory. Karen and Kurt celebrated in the ring together as Impact went off the air. Rating: B-

I loved iMPACT!. World X Cup is always fun, I hope someone besides USA wins. Bull Buchanan as a bounty hunter is tight, my only complaint about the show was that I don't like Skipper playing the face role.

TNA Impact July 10, 2008Before the show begins, two videos air, one being a TNA Cross the Line promotional video and the other recapping last week’s Impact. After the opening videos, Mike Tenay and Don West welcome the fans to another edition of TNA Impact from the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida. They first talk about what went down last week in the main event and then they run down tonight’s show which is the World X Cup fourth round, 5-Man X Division gauntlet preview, Jeff Jarrett’s first match back, and the main event being Samoa Joe taking on an opponent of Booker T’s choice. After the introduction, we get straight to World X Cup action. World X Cup: Curry Man def. Kaz and Juventud GuerreraWow, this was indeed a great way to open up the show. For the most part, the match was back and forth action with a fast pace. The match also ran very smoothly and had a lot of highflying action. The crowd was behind Kaz, because he was apart of Team USA, but they did cheer for Curry Man, no love for Guerrera though. Anyways, Curry Man began to dominate at about the eight-minute mark when he got a burst of momentum. From then on, Curry Man looked like he was winning, which he did do. Curry Man would pick up the win when he hit Juventud Guerrera with the Spicy Drop. Overall, this was a solid match up, which could have been match of the night but it just was not good enough. Rating: B- After the match, Mike Tenay got up and said that since Curry Man won, Team Japan has received two points and will be going on to the finals. However, there is still a tie between Team Mexico and Team United States. Therefore, the next match will be between the captains of each team’s choice. The winner will receive one point for their team. Team United States has chosen Chris Sabin and Team Mexico has chosen Abismo Negro. World X Cup: Chris Sabin def. Abismo NegroYet, another great World X Cup match, this one might have slightly better. However, the two had some chemistry issues to work out. Yes, both of these wrestlers are highfliers but Chris Sabin has more of a puro style while Abismo Negro has the lucha style, sometimes they work together, but sometimes they do not. Anyways, for the most part, this was a good match with some highflying and even technical wrestling. However, Negro had some troubles with it, but still got through. Team USA’s Chris Sabin was a step ahead for most of the match, but Negro did look like he had the win. However, Sabin would always come back and continue dominating. Eventually, he would end up winning when he hit the Cradle Shock. Rating: B- Once again, after the match, Mike Tenay came out and announced the final standings of the World X Cup. Team Japan (6) Team United States (5) Team Mexico (4) Team Canada (2) The finals of the 2008 World X Cup will be between Team USA and Team Japan. When TNA Impact came back from a commercial break, the camera was backstage where Jeremy Borash is standing with Jeff Jarrett. Borash says, “Jeff, this Sunday you have a ‘loser must retire match’ against a long time rival, Sting. What are your thoughts?” Jarrett proceeds to reply with, “Well, Jeremy, mine, and Sting’s careers have touched paths many times. However, the biggest match between each other will be Sunday. So, for the first time ever, I must say, may the better man win?” After his words, Jarrett walked off with Borash standing there alone. Alex Koslov def. Consequences CreedThis was a great match, awesome debut for Koslov. Most of the match was chain wrestling and highflying wrestling, with some brawling from Koslov. Overall, Koslov did an awesome job playing the anti-American gimmick, which made him a heel right away. The entire match, the crowd was chanting “U-S-A”, which gave Creed a good amount of momentum, which almost got him the victory. However, Koslov would find a way to kick out and continue the match. In fact, Koslov would end up winning his debut when he hit the Soviet Strike. After the match, Koslov did some dancing and then left. Rating: C+ After the match, Jeremy Borash went backstage where Booker T was standing in a nice suit. Borash proceeded to say, “Booker, tonight you get to pick Samoa Joe’s opponent, do you think you could give us any hints?” Booker T said, “The only hint I can give you, nosy, is that he is new to TNA, now go get in someone else’s business!” Joe’s opponent could be a number of wrestlers, including, Doug Williams, Buchanan, and PAC. After this segment, TNA goes off for a commercial break. TNA comes back on the air with Crystal Louthan standing backstage with Awesome Kong’s opponent at Victory Road, Cheerleader Melissa. Louthan asks Melissa, “Cheerleader Melissa, are you nervous about your match against the unstoppable force in Awesome Kong?” Cheerleader Melissa replies with, “Actually, no I’m not. You see, I was in Kong’s corner for a few months, so I had time to study here every move. Let’s just say I know what she’ll do and when she’ll do it.” Cheerleader Melissa def. Roxxi LaveauxBoth of these wrestlers are great performers, but they did not work well together at all. It seemed that the entire match, Melissa was in control. With what move they were going to do next, she was practically dictating Roxxi. However, the match was not a squash at all, as Roxxi did get some offense in, even her finisher, Voodoo Drop, which almost picked her up the win. However, interference by Awesome Kong disqualified Roxxi thus giving Melissa the victory. Awesome Kong continued the assault on Melissa until she was out cold. Finally, Awesome Kong walked off with a pissed off look on her face. Rating: C- After the match, the camera went backstage where AJ Styles was attacking Kurt Angle with a chair. Angle was soon busted open. Finally, Karen Angle came in and stopped Styles from doing any more damage. Styles stared at Karen for a second but then walked off. 15-Man X Division Gauntlet Preview: Jay Lethal def. Sonjay Dutt, Delirious, Jimmy Rave, & Elix SkipperThis was a solid match, but some parts seemed like a cluster. In addition, the match was sometimes hard to follow, as there were highflying spots in every corner, the fans loved it. However, it seemed like Lethal and Dutt were at each other’s throats the entire time, building up their feud. Anyways, the entire match was fast pace and very aggressive, which added to the quality of the match. This being just a preview, the real match should be amazing, hell; this was the match of the night for sure. Overall, a great match that was back and forth but Lethal and Dutt looked like they were a step ahead of everyone else. Lethal would end up winning when he pinned Dutt with the Flying Elbow. After the match, Dutt and Lethal brawled until security broke the two up; this feud is finally getting some build up. Rating: B After the match, Jeremy Borash caught up with AJ Styles, who attacked Kurt Angle before the match. Borash asked Styles, “AJ, what are you planning to do with Angle, why cant you just leave him be?” Styles answered with, “Because, me and Karen were at peace together until last week, she just can’t leave me!” As Borash and Styles were walking, they ran into Lethal, who too was having women troubles. Lethal and Styles looked at each other until Styles said, “Hey, were both having troubles with women, let’s talk.” Styles and Lethal walked off talking; you could just tell that something will happen. Samoa Joe def. BuchananSurprisingly, this was a very impressive main event. The match went back and forth for a good 10 minutes before one participant began to dominate, which made the match entertaining. The two battled it out with powerhouse maneuvers and even some technical wrestling. However, the constant interference of Booker T really brought the quality down; it got silly after a awhile. Anyways, the match lasted a good 13 minutes, but it should have been longer. Samoa Joe would end up victorious when he hit Buchanan with a muscle buster. After the match, Booker T came in and attacked Samoa Joe, the two brawled it out for a little bit until Buchanan came back in and ganged up on Samoa Joe with Booker T. Finally, Joe was lying on the ground bloodied and Booker T and Buchanan walked off laughing. Overall, this was a decent main event but not as good as the previous weeks. Rating: C

Good Shows, I think maybe yout jumping into things abit with Japan tour, AAA deal and ROH terms seems too much. Not liking Buc being pushed reminds me of Hammers Tna when A-Train was pushed, didn't like the whole (if not in world cup final) should have just not announced, wish the Cup went on for longer too bad its ending, All in all pretty good and I can't wait for Victory Road. iMPACT! was a good show man. You are doing the X-Cup great as well. Main Event was alright but I have no idea who that was in the main event. Glad Joe picked up the win anyway haha. Victory Road is looking Solid. Can't wait to see who will be retired. I have a feeling it will be Sting but I don't know. The World Title match at VR looks pretty sweet as well. Hopefully AJ will be victorious from that match.

Awesome that Curry Man won but, I would have taken Kaz over the two. Then Curry Man. I just don't see Curry Man winning the X-Cup for some reason. Yeah, Sabin winning is awesome. I will always be happy if you make Shelley and Sabin win. Joe winning his match is awesome. There's is some people on here I don't know. The news was awesome. MCMG getting a push is awesome. The Events looks awesome. I can't wait for another show. The format/lay-out looks awesome and good to read.

Impact was a good show, the X-Division Gauntlet will be sick, glad Lethal won the preview, hopefully he goes on to win the actual one, and then the title. Glad Kozlov won, I'm not a fan of Creed. Japan vs USA will be good, I hope Japan wins for the heck of it. Curry Man winning was frigging sweet. Sabin as well is nice. I'd like to see Sabin vs Curry Man, with Curry Man winning, only to have his mask ripped off, revealing him as Daniels, and getting him DQed for not being Japanese lol

TNA Victory Road July 13, 2008The show begins with a video recapping how this event shaped up. Finally, Mike Tenay and Don West welcome the fans to TNA Victory Road, coming to you live from the Reliant Arena in Houston, Texas. The two run down the card before we get to the first match, which will be the women’s title match. TNA Women’s Championship: Cheerleader Melissa def. Awesome KongThis was a great opener; these two have a lot of chemistry. Most of the match was back and forth action, with one of them at least a step ahead. The crowd was behind Melissa the entire time, with no one at all cheering for Kong. At one part, Melissa was just being man handled, but the crowd began to cheer and she got a burst of momentum and began to dominate. From then on, she had the match in her hands. She would end up picking up the win and becoming the new Women’s champion when she locked on the Kondo Clutch. After the match, a mad Awesome Kong attacked Melissa while she was celebrating. However, the two were broken up when Gail Kim and other knockouts came out. You could tell no one in the women’s locker room is friends with Kong. Rating: C After the match, Jeremy Borash is backstage walking around looking for Sting. Finally, he finds him and tries to talk to him but he runs away into a dark room. Borash decides to give him some privacy and leaves. When he turns around, he walks towards another room where Petey Williams is lifting weights. Borash asks Petey if he has been studying any of his possible opponents and he responds with, “Actually, I have not. You see, Scott Steiner, my mentor, wants me to focus on my muscular endurance. Overall, I have to say I’m doing a good job, what do you think Jeremy?” Borash replies with, “Wow, they look awesome. However, I really think you should watch the gauntlet match that’s up next.” Petey says, “You know what, work your muscle and get me a television, ill watch it.” 15-Man X Division Gauntlet: Consequences Creed eliminated Teddy Hart to earn an X Division title shot Wow, this was an amazing match; however, it was not match of the night. The entire match was full of highflying action in every corner, literally. The match was out of control and hard to follow, but that is what the fans liked about it. For the most part, the fans were behind the faces, but some fans were behind Johnny Devine and Jimmy Rave. Anyways, this was indeed a great match, but there were many botches, but they were very little and not noticeable. Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt go out at about the same time, so after they were out, the two brawled for a minute until security and So Cal Val broke the two up. The final four men left were Jimmy Rave, Consequences Creed, Teddy Hart, and Delirious. The four battled it out for a while until Teddy Hart eliminated Delirious and Jimmy Rave at the same time. It was then down to Creed and Hart. The two had an amazing one on one session for a good five minutes. Finally, the match ended when Creed hit the Creed-D-T and eliminated Hart. Rating: B Consequences Creed stays in the ring and motions for a microphone. He gets the microphone handed to him and he then says, “Williams, get out here right now. I want to get this done.” Petey Williams’ theme music begins and out he comes. However, Petey says, “Creed, you still get your title shot. However, too bad it will not be tonight. You see, I’m not in 100% health right now so therefore, I can’t wrestle.” The arena fills with boos when Williams weasels his way out of the match. However, as Petey walks backstage Creed comes running up the ramp and attacks him, he proceeds to grab Williams and take him to the ring. Referee Rudy Charles signals for the bells and the match starts. X Division Championship: Consequences Creed def. Petey WilliamsYet, another great X Division match up. These two have lots of chemistry together, and along with their highflying, it really added to the quality. The fans were very entertained, especially how the match started with Creed dominating. However, Williams would hit a Canadian Destroyer, which would put him a step ahead, and almost the win. However, with the crowd behind him, Creed would continue the match with the momentum going down his throat. Finally, Creed would over come the odds and defeat the X Division champion Petey Williams when he hit the Creed-D-T. After the match, the rookie stood in the ring and celebrated, however, Williams would attack Creed and take his belt away. Rating: B- After the match, Jeremy Borash walks into Team 3D’s locker room where they were sitting and talking about their game plan. Jeremy interrupts their talk and asks, “Your match with LAX is next, do you have any words for them before you go out there?” Brother Ray says, “In fact Jeremy, yes we do. LAX, tonight your going to go through hell and not come back. Instead, your Hispanic asses are going to sit down there for eternity. Devon, you have anything to say?” Brother Devon says, “Oh my brother, testify!” TNA World Tag Team Championships: LAX def. Team 3D via DQThis was a decent, tag team match, but it was rather quick. The match was mostly Team 3D dominating, but LAX were still in the game the entire time. However, they had no big moves; besides one Border Toss from Hernandez on Brother Ray, the crowd was amazed. Anyways, the crowd was into this match, even though LAX looked like they were going to lose, they still believed. Finally, a savior came and put LAX out of their misery, Tomko and Giant Bernard came in and attacked the tag team champions. They also brawled with Team 3D for a little bit. They ended they are assault with a double team finisher, the Magic Killer. After the assault, they motioned for the belts and left. Rating: C+ When the match ended, a commercial for TNA Hard Justice came on. After the commercial, the camera went backstage where Crystal Louthan was standing beside Samoa Joe. She says, “Samoa Joe, tonight you take on three other men and your title is on the line, are worried that you may not be walking away with the title?” Joe replies with, “Crystal, every champion is worried when they have to defend the title. However, in my position, taking on three other men, you should be even more worried. However, I am not worrying, because the more you worry, the better a chance of losing you have. World X Cup: Team Japan def. Team United StatesAnother great performance by the great X Division stars. For the most part, the match was back and forth and fast pace action. However, both teams wore themselves out with there highflying and quick moving that the match became slow. However, the quality of the match did not go down as they then started to do some entertaining technical wrestling; the fans were on the edge of their seats the entire time. The crowd split half-and-half, which was a surprise being Team Japan’s opponent is Team United States. Anyways, this match lasted a good 10-15 minutes and the crowd never lost interest, not once. Team Japan would win when Milano Collection AT hit the Italian Revolution on Alex Shelley. After the match, both teams stood in the ring and raised each other’s hands high in the air as the crowd cheered. Rating: A The two teams stayed in the ring as Mike Tenay came in too. He said, “Guys, you have put on an awesome show today. I wish I could crown both of you World X Cup first place winners but I cannot. So, It is my pleasure to crown Team Japan the 2008 World X Cup first place winners, also, to crown Team United States the 2008 World X Cup second place winners. Fans, give a good round of applause for these two teams and also Teams Mexico and Canada.” When the closing ceremony of the World X Cup was over, the camera went backstage where Jeremy Borash was standing with Houston’s own Booker T. Borash proceeded to asks Booker about his thoughts on his match that is coming up next and Booker replied saying, “Well, on go in to the match taking on two other contenders of the title, plus the champion. Therefore, I have a 25% chance of winning; you can say I am very nervous. However, I have been in this spot many times. I have had more wrestling experience, therefore I would say now I have a 45% chance of winning, get ready for a show.” TNA World Heavyweight Championship: Booker T def. Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, & Kurt AngleThis was an awesome match, the fans could agree too. For the most part, the match ran smoothly and there absolutely no botches, none. In fact, this was a near perfect match. The four smothered the fans with the best technical wrestling anyone has seen since the 80s. However, the one thing that bothered the fans was the constant fighting between AJ Styles and Kurt Angle. For most of the match, they were in a different corner beating each other’s brains out, it got old after awhile. Nevertheless, this was without a doubt the match of the night and the fans loved it. Booker T would win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship when he hit Angle with the Booker End. AS he celebrated, because it was his hometown, the crowd gave him a standing ovation. However, Samoa Joe would ruin it when he hit the Muscle Buster for revenge. In addition, AJ Styles and Kurt Angle continued to fight to the back. Rating: A- The camera went backstage where Crystal Louthan was awaiting the TNA World Heavyweight Champion, Booker T. However, instead, Kurt Angle and AJ Styles came in and brawled. Finally, security broke them up. However, Angle got away and attacked AJ Styles. Jim Cornette came in, with a face as red as a tomato, and ordered Styles and Angle to stop fighting, which they followed. Cornette proceeded to say, “You two are ruining one of the biggest events in TNA history! I will not take this any longer. Therefore, at Hard Justice, I am putting you two in an I Quit match!” Styles and Angle looked at each other and shook their heads; security proceeded to drag them out of the arena. Loser Must Retire: Jeff Jarrett def. StingThis was a very emotional match, if anything. It was back and forth action, with a lot of suspense such as near falls and finishers. You could tell that the crowd seemed worry that in any minute, one of these wrestlers would have to retire. However, they were really into it and cheering on both competitors. Anyways, there was a lot of pure wrestling through out the match, with a lot of chain wrestling in the mix. The quality of the match was good, but with these two stars with their great skills, it should have been better. The match lasted a good 15-20 minutes but the real competition was in the last five. During the last five minutes, the match was still going back and forth, but Jarrett was clearing a step ahead. At this point, some fans were crying and others were praying. However, by the end of the match, Sting’s 20-year career came to and end. Jeff Jarrett would come out the winner when he hit Sting with the Figure Four Lock. When the match was over, Jarrett stood up and hugged Sting. The crowd began to cheer as tears came down from Sting’s eyes. Soon, Sting would find the entire TNA roster coming out to honor him. Finally, a tribute video to Sting played on the screen. As Sting left the ring, more tears were coming down his eyes. The screen faded to black as the crowd began to chant, “Thank you Sting!” Rating: B

Sorry man I did not see this earlier, I am on these pills right now and have been passing out a lot and forgetting what I did before that. Hell I woke up this morning and read some of Nightmares and Dreamscape's by Stephen King but it was in place on my shelf when I woke UP. Then somehow past out and when I woke up I had ate and everything, which was ing weird as I do not remember eating or anything. But here we go I will reply right now. Nice way to open the show. So happy to see Cheerleader M in your fed, she is super cool in real life, I have meet her and she rocks, so I am glad she won! I would not even consider Kong a woman but whatever. Loved the X division match there it seemed to have been very well thought out, though I do not know much of the man who won it. Glad he did over throw Williams that guy pisses me off, as his new gimmick is week as hell, and I have not liked him since he chose it. Nice Tag Team match, I liked how you had it held, could def believe it, but I do not think I have ever saw a TNA match end via DQ. I had no clue who was on Team Japan, which you should have wrote there names down so I could. Because it is just not right to place it like that, I would def add the names of the men in it, as well as team usa. Not a fan of Booker T winning his match, I actually do not like him don't know why, but anyway nice match, I wanted anyone but him to win. Sad to see Sting retire my friend, he has always been a great wrestler in my eyes, but one hell of a way to end the pay per view. I also want to add that you did great with each segment, and I love the diary here. Please reply to my WWF: 01

Victory Road is here, sorry for the lateness of my reply to you. Opening contest was good for a Women's match. I'm not familiar with Melissa, so I wanted Kong to win, but good stuff. I loved the Petey/Borash segment. I want to know if Borash actually started lifting some weights with him lol. I'm not pleased with Creed winning, I'm not a fan of him at all. Him getting The X-Title right away just pissed me off. Give Petey Pump a rematch!
Good, basic Team 3D segment, and decent match. Tomko and Bernard! Yeah! Hope LAX still kicks their ass though. Except for Tomko, he is one of my favorites. Glad to see Team Japan win the World X cup, you need diversity these days. Booker T winning the World Title in his hometown is just sweet. Great main event, shame his celebration was ruined. Sting/Jarrett was great, it is sad to see Sting go, but great send off for a great career.

Victory Road, July 13th... A nice average opener. Cheerleader Melissa? Unsure on her beating Kong. Decent X-Division gauntlet. Wish Teddy won however, if his attitude was okay anyways. Great X-Division title match, good Creed won. Decent tag title match. Team 3D for megapush. Grand X-Cup match. Good fatal 4 way match. And a good main event, thankyou for retiring Sting, imo he's been dim since TNA in 2004.

TNA Impact July 17, 2008The show begins with a TNA Cross the Line promotional video, followed by a highlight video from Victory Road. After the videos, the camera goes around the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida before settling on Mike Tenay and Don West sitting at the announcers table. Mike Tenay and Don West proceed to recap what went down at last Sunday’s Victory Road. Next, they talked about what will happen tonight on TNA Impact, including Consequences Creed’s first title defense, Giant Bernard and Tomko’s debut as a tag team in TNA, and the main event of Booker T taking on Samoa Joe. We get straight to Women’s action. Cheerleader Melissa def. Angelina Love w/ Velvet SkyThis was an ok way to open Impact; however, the crowd was not into it much. Melissa dominated for the most part, allowing about 10 offensive moves from Angelina Love. There were a few interferences by Sky but none seemed to be effective. The match lasted a good 6-8 minutes, but the crowd was only into it for three minutes. The two did not have much chemistry, therefore, the match was boring, which was why the crowd was dead for the most of it. Melissa would pick up the win when she hit the Kudo Driver. After the pin, Awesome Kong tried to attack Melissa but the sound of the crowd alerted her. The two stared down for a second before Melissa put the belt down on the ring. She proceeded to say, “I know you want a rematch. You, me, next week on Impact!” The crowd cheered as Kong nodded her head. Rating: C- Impact came back on the air to find Kurt and Karen Angle sitting in Jim Cornette’s office. The three were discussing a possible raise for Kurt and Karen. However, Jay Lethal and AJ Styles interrupted the chat. Style began to talk to Cornette about giving them a match tonight. The match would be Kurt Angle and Sonjay Dutt taking on AJ Styles and Jay Lethal. Jim Cornette thought about it for a second and finally said that the match will be tonight, before the main event. Lethal and Styles looked at each other and high-five as Kurt and Karen shook their heads. TNA X Division Championship: Curry Man def. Consequences Creed via DQThis was a great match, much better than the previous one. These two fought for about 10 minutes and did about every move in each other’s move set and even more. The crowd was into it the entire time; probably because these two are, both great performers and they are both fan favorites. Anyways, this match was match of the night candidate, until the end, but that is later. These two have lots of chemistry together; they could have more matches in the near future. Ok, back to the ending, Curry Man would hit a moonsault, that looked a lot like the Best Moonsault Ever, and would get a near fall. Curry Man would then put Creed in a Spice Rack position but interference by Petey Williams broke the submission up. The ref would call for the bell as Williams began the assault on Creed. Finally, Williams stopped the assault a grabbed a microphone out of the announcers hand. Williams proceeded to challenge Creed to a rematch at Hard Justice. Mike Tenay says on commentary that Creed must agree because of Williams’ rematch clause. Rating: B After the match, Impact went off the air for a short commercial break. It came back with Jeremy Borash standing with Samoa Joe. Borash begins to say, “Hello TNA fans, its me Jeremy Borash standing with…” but is unable to continue his sentence after Samoa Joe pulls the microphone from Jeremy’s hand. Samoa Joe says, “Borash, no need to waste my time. I need to get ready for my match tonight with Booker T.” Jeremy says, “Actually, that’s what I wanted to talk to you about.” Samoa Joe replies with, “Oh, really? Well, Ill tell you my thoughts. Booker will go through hell tonight. I am going to do everything I can to get revenge for taking my title. Even if it means breaking the rules.” Giant Bernard & Tomko def. Rock N’ Rave InfectionYou would think that Bernard and Tomko would dominate to put themselves over, but actually, it was pretty much an even match. Neither team really dominated, but one of them was at least a step ahead. The crowd was cheering for Rock N’ Rave for most of the match, but some fans were rebelling and cheering for Tomko and Bernard. Anyways, these two teams had some chemistry, enough to put on a fan favorite match. For the most part, this was an average tag-team match with a fair share of botches; none of them were noticeable though. Giant Bernard would pick up the win in his first match in TNA when he hit Jimmy Rave with a vicious Bernard Bomb. Tomko and Bernard would celebrate for a little bit before they grabbed a microphone and began to put themselves over. Tomko said that he has brought Giant Bernard to replace AJ Styles and dominate the tag team division. Giant Bernard, who is not the best on the mike, said that they next victims are the Motor City Machine Guns. Rating: C After the match, there was a short commercial break. When the break is over, the camera is backstage where Jeremy Borash tries to get a word with Kurt Angle. However, Angle is nowhere to be found. Instead, Borash finds to lovely Karen Angle in Kurt Angle’s locker room. Borash asks Karen where his husband is, Karen replies saying that he is getting ready for his match. Borash proceeds to ask Karen about her feelings for AJ Styles, Karen says, “Feelings? What do you mean feelings, Jeremy? I never had feelings for AJ. The entire time I went ‘out’ with him was just to set up this whole ordeal. Me and Kurt, the person I have feelings for, plan to destroy AJ and force him to leave TNA.” Kurt Angle/Sonjay Dutt def. AJ Styles/Jay Lethal via DQThis was a very good match, to say the least. Most of the match was back and forth action, with a fast pace, and ran smoothly. Angle’s technical style meshed with Lethal’s highflying style perfectly. In addition, the fans saw some classic AJ Styles in the match as he showed off some of his highflying moves you do not see anymore. The fans were really into this match, rooting for Styles and Lethal for the entire match. However, the more the fans cheered, the more Angle and Dutt dominated, they practically absorbed the cheers for momentum. Anyways, the match lasted a good 13 minutes before Jay Lethal got pissed off when Dutt winked at So Cal Val. As an act for revenge, Lethal grabbed a chair and nailed Dutt right on the head, thus giving Angle and Dutt the win via disqualification. However, the action was not over as Lethal continued the assault on Dutt while Styles began an assault on Angle. Finally, security broke the four up and out came Jim Cornette. Cornette began to scream at all four of them before he said that at Hard Justice, Kurt Angle and AJ Styles will face off and Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt will face off. All of the wrestlers shook their heads in pleasure. Rating: B- When the match was over, Jeremy Borash caught up with AJ Styles backstage. Borash told Styles about Karen’s words. He then asked Styles if he has anything to say to Karen and Styles said, “Karen, I still have feelings for you. However, from what I have heard, you have never had feelings for me. Well, I can tell you that is not true. The entire time we were together, you told me how much you loved me. From that, I could tell you were telling the truth. Karen, I am going to do everything and anything I can to get you back. I love you.” Booker T def. Samoa JoeThis was indeed a good main event, but it could have been better. These two have some chemistry, enough to get though the match, but it was not really that that made the match good. Instead, it was more of their “it” factors that got over the fans. The wrestling was good; there were a few botches, but nothing too bad. Overall, this was a solid match. For the most part, Samoa Joe actually dominated the champion Booker T but a low blow behind the referee’s back. For the rest of the match, Booker T was in control. Anyways, this match lasted 18 to maybe even 20 minutes. However, the fans became bored at about the 16-minute mark, not too bad. Booker T would pick up the win when he hit a powerful Scissors Kick. After the match, Samoa Joe struggled to get up. Finally, he got up right as Booker T got to the top of the ramp. Joe grabbed a microphone and said, “Booker, you, me, Hard Justice!” The crowd went crazy as Booker nodded his head. Rating: C+
