I'm also starting to think of Keane as a bit of a Bellamy signing and look how that turned out Wrestlaholic i'm not denying that, thing is I think he's to good for a club outside the top 3. Yes that rules out Liverpool aswell Diouf at Sunderland... another Liverpool faillure

Eagles has gone like I expected. Good luck to the lad. I was quite surprised with that transfer. He looked very good in pre-season and looked like a PL player (no disrespect to Burnley), wouldn't of minded him at The Stadium of Light tbh.

He's definitely Premiership quality but he was never going to get into the United team. He wasn't brilliant in pre-season although he's scored a couple.

Real Madrid looks to have Rafael Van Der Vaart from Hamburg for just £7.8m . What a bargain.

If Van Der Vaart has gone to Real Madrid, they will more than likely not get Ronaldo anymore. Huntelaar will be next.
Van Der Vaart and Snjeider Centre Mid, Van Nistelrooy and Huntelaar Up Front. Unreal that is.

Apparently David Villa is waiting for Real to call, it's just a case of Real completely giving up on Ronaldo this summer.
Van Der Vaart is a great signing if indeed they do sign him.

Aquilani has signed a new deal with Roma worth 2.5 million euros each season until 2013, so Arsenal, Inter or Juventus arent getting him really happy about that. Hopefully its true only one site reporting it at the moment.

Corluka looks set to complete his move to Spurs with a fee around £6m-£8m I heard. Really pleased with this as he can play RB or CB and will be a useful player considering Woodgate and King are injury prone and Hutton's out at the moment.

Apparently it's not a horrific tear, so he's only going to be gone for a couple of months and should be back for the later part of Champions League group stages and beyond that, so he won't be gone for as long as one would expect with a knee ligament injury.

I heard £5 million and he's being sold over Hughes head. I don't really understand what's going on at city though. Ireland was told not turn up at the ground today. All seems a bit odd.

Oh right, the cheaper the better. It's to do with the chairman I've heard, he's in debt and needs some cash but City are supposed to be looking at bringing in a new striker.

City are in a big hole atm, their chairman is a right plonker.
