I usually watch streams of Japanese channels. But it's hard to keep up sometimes with NJPW, AJPW and NOAH's timeslot conversions to east coast American time.

There are websites that will give you the different time zones. Hell, my mom's cell phone even does that. BTW, there is a 15 hour difference between Japan and the Central Time Zone. |
