It's a pretty new computer, and the inside has been cleaned. Anyway I thought I was hearing a humming noise and I thought the side of my computer was touching my desk so I scooted it over. After doing this I could tell it was my fan because the humming became very audible. I turned my computer off, and started it and it still made the noise. I turned it off again and started it up, now it seems to be ok. Does anyone know what happened?

My computer does the same thing, although it's not very loud. I'm not sure what it is either.

It could be something as basic as a wire touching one of the fans.

open your case, and see if there is a wire touching your CPU fan.
