If a wrestler reaches his third strike and is fired, how long must the WWE wait before rehiring him? And does he start over with zero strikes?

Who says they will rehire them? Wouldn't that contradict everything the Wellness Policy is about?

Right, but if you think a popular wrestler got fired, that they would never bring them back?

well most WWE employees have a mandatory 90 day no compete clause in their contract, meaning they can't legally wrestle for a company other than WWE for three months after their release

WWE would pull a Jeff Hardy and rehire him.

Supposedly someone at the WWF/WWE wanted Scott Steiner to submit to a drug test, Scott Steiner stated 'you get Triple H to go with me and get tested together and I will do it'. From what I heard they never mentioned taking the test again...Makes you wonder right?

Well, when Jeff Hardy was fired, they waited about 5 years to bring him back and even then he didn't fully learn his lesson. He's got 2 strikes again and one more and he's back where he was all over again.
