Look at the SmackDown! vs. RAW games--are people who are only on SmackDown! or RAW in it? No. There's guys from ECW as well as the Legends. |

Considering the last game was called Smackdown vs. RAW 2008, and it had the tagline/subtitle of Featuring ECW, I think most people would assume ECW guys are in the game. |
