I would KILL for "Hackers" figures. I mean the flashy clothes and accessories would be amazing! and I'd kill for figures from the comedy central show "Stella." I'm drooling as I type

Movies -
Any/All of Clint Eastwood's Spaghetti westerns. Mad Max/Road Warrior ( maybe a 4" scale with decent articulation and vehicles) I'd also like to see another line of 6" Planet of the Apes (Hasbro's were aweful)
TV shows - Batman (Adam West) SWAT (Loved my LJN's) JAG NCIS

Yeah, I have them...but the articulation sucked and they cancelled the v8 Interceptor. Give me a 4" scale line with GI Joe articulation and a few vehicles and I'll be happy.

NCIS for current TV
The Crow for movies.
I know there were a few Crow things made. However, they all lacked articulation. I want a series that includes minor characters, accessories and are articulated.
