He obviously take the steroids. But he's not under WWE's wellness program, so he not mind about that. Because the vains was big, which only caused by the steroids. And, thats good to see WWE doesn't want to re-hire him again. Dude.... I have been working out for 6 years and never touched steroids, and when I am working out and I am at a low percentage of bodyfat, my veins stick out the same way. He may or may not be using steroids, but his vascularity is not a result of steroids. Its funny how a community of people who live at their computers are experts on physical activity.

You know, usually when there a "power workout" video made, they show the weights being lifted. Most of the video is a close-up of his face. The few times you actually see weights they are not impressive. The 1:02 is a great example of that, it can't be more than 35 lbs on that! My g/f woks out with me and she does preacher curles with 65 lbs. That Warrior wokout is a joke!

Is it just be or is he doing bicep curls all wrong? Im sure your not meant to use momentum and swing the weight. You could do them a lot of different ways. He is doing a variation of barbell curls correctly. Nope uncorrect. Those are bad for your back. Anyway to the people saying he is using light weight. If you look at Warriors training program he goes from high to low weights. So this is at the end of his workout that is why it looks like he struggling to lift light weight and also the reason his veins are popping so much. At the end of my workout my veins look very similar and I have never taken steroids in my life.

The problem isn't his vain size, it's his arm size. He used to be a lot bigger so the vains "fit". Well the vains are still huge, but his arm size is much smaller. So it doesn't look right. I would be shocked if his arms were 20". Mine are 17.5" (cold) and when I look at the video I'm not in awe.

If you look at the title of the video it says "just getting started" which leads me to believe he will be a lot more bulky when he comes back. He is just transforming his body from cut up to a more bulky body.

To all the jealous idiots out there this proves that Warrior is STILL the man. He wipes away everyone else BY FAR. How can a man almost 49 years old look like this?? ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! You all said he would come back run down and flabby well I'll go as far as saying he may look better now than he did when he was at his peak in the WWF. His veins are frightening in itself. That is not normal!!!!!!! Exactly... It's called [glow=red,2,300]Really[/glow] [glow=red,2,300] Over size[/glow] [glow=red,2,300]Injecting[/glow] [glow=red,2,300]Da[/glow] [glow=red,2,300]Steroids[/glow] I love acrostic poems

Sorry to double post. But to the people saying he is on roids you do realize it takes more than a month (he made the announcement a month ago) to cut your body up like that. Even with steroids it would take an average man 6 months to a year to make your body look like that. ANd if you believe a 50 year old man has beaten the odds and has been on roids just because he may get a call to wrestle for a year that is just stupid.

I will say that he is defintely jacked and ready to look the part that he used to but at no point do I think that his body could take the pain anymore.

First of all, I still think Warrior is a prick. Second of all, he looks absolutely disgusting.

You're right and wrong at the same time. Yes, He has little to no bodyfat which does make your viens stick out like that. But he is infact on steriods, It's show muscle. Listen to him, He's dying doing half the weight I use for my sets. And I HIGHLY doubt he's doing like 500 reps.

He's been working out for longer than a month... Yes he is. But what he was doing before is keeping lean muscle mass. Right now he is trying to bulk up. So he starts out (same way I do) doing high weight less reps. Then as your muscles fatigue you use less weight until your muscles are so burnt out you cannot lift anything. That is why he is struggling with low weight. And his veins are popping out so much. It is the end of his workout were he can barely lift anything.
