I don't wear a seatbelt...but its not that I refuse to; it's that I can't physically put it on. I also have a dr's written excuse; if I were to get stopped. I have yet to get stopped for seatbelt only. I did recently get stopped for speeding (27 in a 25...lame; I know), and the cop noticed I didn't have my belt on. I told her I have a dr's note to excuse me, but then she said it wasn't necessary and that she believed me; since she saw my handicap parking tag hanging from my rear-view mirror. Health reasons are the only reason someone should go without a seatbelt. 27 in a 25, the cop was a dick for pulling you over, no doubt. She would be if she had on a "Strap On"! LOL!!! Well it's kind of a speed trap anyways. Because its on a road in between towns (Des Moines and Pleasant Hill) It's 35 mph in between the towns, but once you get into either town it slow's down to 25 mph for "residential". Its not like it's really residential anyway; it's more like a paved country road. But one morning after taking the wife to work; ol' IRON TIT'S got me! I was coming up the slight hill, and she was sitting at the next street just right over; the next thing I new there were cherries and blueberries shining in my rear-view. The result was an $80.00 ticket.

Nick's friend John is brain dead from what I've heard with no (realisitc) chance of recovery. Yeah i definitely agree he should've had his seat belt on, but Nick is mainly at fault for speeding and racing.
You know, I've heard a lot of the phone conversation Nick has had with his mom and dad (my radio stations have been playing them) and That family is the most screwed up bunch! Linda is crying and sobbing like a maniac because Nick isn't there "on the beach or riding around in the Escalade" with her. She is also sayign hw Nick doesn't deserve to be there (in jail) and Hogan is claiming God is mad at John and caused this to happen to him and Nick is not to blame. Add in Nick saying John was aggressive and an angry person makes me sick.
Linda and Hulk's son is serving 8 months in prison. VERY little punishment given the crime and factor in he is alive and well. John is brain dead and has no chance of waking up. In the end, Nick will walk out of prison and John will still be brain dead.
I have no repsect for Nick, Linda, or Hulk any more.

Now I see the pictures, and now I am really upset with this. I have lost all respect for the hogans. I know it is partially John's fault, but Nick wouldn't have been drinking, my god. My sister lost her ing leg because of a drunk driver and they never even found it! 8 months for that? ing ridiculous.

The doctors definitely removed a piece of his skull. Probably to reduce the swelling. My friend was in an accident and had 1/3 of her skull removed to reduce the swelling. This looks similar to that. The damage looks to be in the frontal lobe as well which will forever impair his cognitive processes and motor activity. I'm surprised that they are letting his hair grow out, usually they shave it down so it doesn't get in the way for future surgeries. Maybe the doctors are planning to have him stay in that state for a while. Nick will have to live with this for the rest of his life. If jail time won't affect him, the knowledge of this tragedy should (if he has a conscience). The problem is, the Hogan's have already showed a lack of good conscience. Morals, Ethics, and good Conscience can't be taught, only put out there to be used or abandoned all together. Still appreciate your view from previous experience.

I am not saying Nick is innocent, but Graziano took the risk of getting in the car with a reckless driver, without his seat belt. I feel bad it happened, but do not consider Graziano a victim.

Yea, it's horrible what happened to him. But sorry to say Nick Hogan did not screw John Graziano.
Graziano screwed Graziano.
