-- An ironic note in regards to the Kevin Nash/Samoa Joe heat stemming from Joe’s shoot promo at Turning Point is that Nash is one of the key people who pushed hard for a long time to get TNA to sign Samoa Joe when he was in ROH. Nash was a big fan of Joe’s ROH matches he saw on DVD. Despite his past, Nash has built a stellar reputation backstage in TNA for not being involved in any politics, showing up on time, doing what he is told, and setting an example for younger wrestlers.
-- Brother Ray is another veteran who is getting rave reviews backstage despite his checkered locker room reputation. He has also been heavily involved in coming up with ideas for the Team 3D/X Division feud and is said to be willing to bend over backwards to make sure the X Division guys look good to their critics.

Those two "news" bits are nothing but bullshit.
I still say that Joe's shoot was a work. Most importantly, he called the boss out in front of the entire crowd and everyone watching on PPV. You don't do that without getting fired... UNLESS it was something he was told to say to make his worked shoot sound authentic.
Who is bending over backwards to make the X Division look good? This entire angle has done nothing but bury the entire X Division and make its champion look weak. Why did he wait so long to try to get his title back, and when he finally did something about it he had to bring backup. Yeah, they all look really good.

Russo is the king of worked shoots, isn't he? That's why I think it was a work.

If it was a work wouldnt they have played it up on Impact? Has TNA been doing things that make sense recently?

I don't know man, MCMG kicked Team 3D's ass, and the only reason they won their past two matches were due to heavy cheating. So, I think that they have done an excellant job getting the X-Division over.
