Chris Sabin was on Live Audio Wrestling Sunday night after the Turning Point PPV. He was asked about drug testing in TNA, and Sabin said he wasn’t allowed to comment. Apparently TNA is advising talent they aren’t allowed to answer any questions about TNA’s drug testing policy, or there lack of any such policy. Personally speaking, TNA needs to address this issue, especially with a pending congressional hearing likely. Even though TNA flies below the radar most of the time, Congress is aware of TNA, and have already interviewed several sources close to the situation in TNA, so TNA not letting talent address the drug testing issue makes them look like they have to something to hide. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Seems pretty stupid on TNA's part. Didn't congress send them a letter that they had to disclose their program?

How's it stupid?
- If he awsners the question the media can take what he says & twists his words - If he doesn't awsner the question media can take what he doesn't say & twist it.
They are damned if they do and damned i they don't. TNA's also a private company (unlike WWE who's public) so that's why you don't hear if their policiy/or lack of it.

I think it's BS that WWE is getting nailed by the media that their drug testing policy isn't good or whatever, well at least they have a drug testing policy, if the media is all over any company, it should be TNA because they don't even have testing.

How many WWE superstars have died because of drugs? Now, how many TNA superstars have died because of drugs? Also, how do you know TNA doesn't have a policy? You don't. I'm not saying they do but they are a PRIVATE company which is why you never hear about their policiy.

I'm not saying they do but they are a PRIVATE company which is why you never hear about their policiy. Being private won't protect them from Congress. Some wrestling fans may not be aware that TNA exists or even care, but Congress knows and if TNA doesn't disclose it, they'll have the American gov't's hand so far down it's throat that TNA will throw up information right and left to get out of it. It's not a question of who died where, that's a bullcrapexcuse you're using to suck off TNA more. That doesn't matter now. Considering they're dead, what happened happened. WWE is being smart to get the media off of them. When Congress finally gets to TNA and asks questions and they dodge it, WWE will look like goos and TNA will get also get the media showing up asking questions, then Marc Mero will be back on TV with the list mentioning people who worked for TNA who happened t die. Ya know like Chris Candido, it won't matter how he died, the media will skew it against TNA. Stop defending them like they're doing everything right. Just because they're a private company doesn't prevent them from scrutiny.
