I'm intrigued about the NRC. Is Davey still leaving for Japan? I thought he was for a few months. I dont have a preference whether Roddy is heel or face, but a face turn IMO looks like all that work is for nothing now. I know the Stevens fued is over, but I dont think a turn was necessary. And where does this leave Rocky? Is his lazy ass going to get sent packing?

Davey will leave ROH and not return until Sweeney's price is met a.k.a. when his tour of Japan is over.

Wow, 2 macthes restarted in a row, sounds pretty dull. I love that fact that Davey is going his own way now. Im hoping for a face turn for Roderick soon.

Yeah, i gave Shiozaki a chance, but everything ive seen from him in ROH has been really dull and stale. His matches seem to progress at a snail's pace. I like Davey/Strong feuding. It will give Davey a chance to breakout as a singles star and get higher on the card....and Strong needed something fresh to do, and he does. The one thing i have a problem with is Kingston losing to Jigsaw. Are you serious? Talk about a letdown for such a hyped debut. THE OSIRIAN PORTAL in ROH is awesome though. They got a "Please Come Back" chant. Im all for more CHIKARA guys in ROH. I've been hoping that Quack, 'Wicked, Akuma, and others would begin working for them once again. You know, the other day I was thinking about how sad it is Quack hasn't come back. That and why hasn't ROH adapted the tag team, InCoherance, Hallowicked and Delirious? |

I love Sweeney, Pearce and Hero, but SnS is getting really out of hand. I'm not really liking how they are signing all these guys and shit. Although, Davey turning on Strong could be interesting.

i'm glad to see people are starting to dislike Go as much as me now...first match i saw of his i thought he was boring with nothing but a chop offense...
and btw...Nigel's chest had scabs on it before the match started...Go just ripped open some old scabs...

Just because the two of you don't like the direction ROH is going doesn't mean it's some how fallen to JAPW of 2006 level or some rinky dink indy that doesn't have any strategy for success. I always find it laughable for people to complain about how a show sounds without even seeing it. In regards to why Quack hasn't been brought back, it's because he's still not healthy enough to return according to him. He was scheduled to go full time this past January but the concussion from the TPI has had lingering effects. Hallowicked has a job, and thus isn't available to go full time. |
