Mostly all merchandise you see on their shop. They have basically every shirt, past and present, they have DVDs(depending on what they have in stock is what they will have), foam fingers, tattoos, sometimes they have show posters.

I do not think so.
Also, the details I have were for Florida shows at Universal. Sorry if you were looking for out of town details, but I am sure it's probably the same.

The trading cards are at select Wal*Marts and Targets. You can get them off TNA's site right now.
