Bret by far. He was the better worker & obviously had the far bigger accomplishments. I don't understand those guys here saying that owen had this great personality. owen was freaking terrible on the mic, I remember his tripping over his words & sounding terrible durng his KOTR coronation.

I'm sorry, but why is this a close vote?
Sure Owen Hart was a tremendously gifted in ring worker, but on the same level as his brother Bret? i'm sorry, but no freaking way is he on the same level as his brother.
Bret Hart is one of the very best of all time and Owen Hart is not on the same level and that's the end of it.

I gotta go with Bret. Owen was a great wrestler too, but Bret was a little bigger and a little more polished in the ring. Two different styles. Hard to compare them fairly.

Bret was better in the ring, Owen had better mic skills.

Owen wasn't that much more superior to Bret in the mic skills department, as I would argue that Bret circa 1997 with the Hart Foundation completely blows away anything Owen ever uttered into a microphone.
Bret was often hit or miss during promos/interviews, but as a heel in 1997, he was spot on with the anti-America/pro-Canada gimmick.
