Recall a time where you saw a big name wrestler in a small crowd. For me it was in May of 2005 at an NWA Cyberspace show (yes I liked that fed, deal with it). Jeff Jarrett was in the main event, and there had to have been about 125-150 people in the building.

Pretty much anything NWA Cyberspace booked. They were booking guys like Jeff Jarrett, Lex Luger, Rhino, Abyss, Ron Killings and a bunch of others with only 100-150 people in the crowd.

I worked a six man tag match in NCW in Illinois with Nigel Mcguinness last September...there were like 50 people there.

I was at a show with Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Buff Bagwell, and Disco Inferno, and there was a legit 60 people in the crowd.
There's also been some really small IWA-MS crowds in the past. The one that instantly comes to mind is 5/4/02 in Dayton, Ohio. Ace Steel versus Vic Capri in a 2/3 Falls match, CM Punk versus Colt Cabana in a 30 minute iron man match, Ian Rotten versus Chris Hero, and there were maybe 30 people in the crowd. there was a carnival next door to the show and everyone just sort of went there instead of to the show.

I saw CM Punk vs. Colt Cabana in a ladder match at St. Paul Championship Wrestling way back in the day, before either of them really "made it." There were probably about 50 people in the crowd, but the match was unreal.

to be fair, Punk & Cabana tore Chocolate Shark up up in St. Paul.
in 2005 Icarus, Larry Sweeney, Claudio Castignoli, Chris Hero, Mike Quakenbush, Hallowicked, & Emil ScitociI(sp) were on a Midwest Pro Wrestling show in front of less than 50 people.

I would have to say the time when I went to this legends show, of sorts here, and the promoter did a horrible job advertising it, and maybe 150 people came, so guys like Mick Foley, Greg Valentine, Beefcake, Haku, Barbarian, Rock N' Roll Express, and a few other names were all there wrestling in front of about 150 people, but of course out of all those names Mick Foley was the biggest star there, at least in my opinion, but he didn't wrestle, but referred the main event between Rock N' Roll Express vs. Beefcake/Valentine...

to be fair, Punk & Cabana tore poopy up up in St. Paul. in 2005 Icarus, Larry Sweeney, Claudio Castignoli, Chris Hero, Mike Quakenbush, Hallowicked, & Emil ScitociI(sp) were on a Midwest Pro Wrestling show in front of less than 50 people. It's "Sitoci". Damnit why can't Hero come back to MN? He's the one guy that I really want to see live. As for larger names, it relates to old Rob Page's sig. Jerry Lynn on a few F1RST Wrestling shows, which have been in the area of usually 200-400 people. -CMD
