All he ever does is whine and complain and i think WWE should just fire his lazy ass already.
I used to like the guy, but that was because he had a good gimmick, but to be honest i've always found his in-ring work average at best. He wouldn't be a major loss at all if he were to leave.

He should just go on if he's not happy. They are never going to do anything with him. He simply doesn't have a big work ethic it would seem.

Who cares if you win?"With that mentality i must also question Carlito. Why does he feel he MUST be pushed? He has become one of those guys thats "same old sh*t" when i see him. There are many people i'd push before i'd push Carlito. And to be honest, with his lousy ass attitude, I'd embarrass him on TV and then release him. Its more to it than losing. You job so much, the crowd won't care about you. And then you'll never be able to make that top dollar. i disagree to some extent. if you go out there and you job, but you put all you've got into it and are entertaining doing it you're going to get over with the crowd and in turn (should) earn some kind of upward push. but carlito doesn't even look like he tries, i swear when he's out there wrestling it looks like he's just moping around. he works for the wwe and they pay him, and it's his job to go out there and perform to the best of his ability whether he's jerking the curtain or in the main event. that's how you earn a push, not by sulking when things aren't going the way you want them to and not performing to your best ability when you feel like you're not getting what you deserve. it's possible to get yourself over with the crowd even when you lose, you just have to really work it and show the fans what you can do. his mic work has not been good lately and his ring work has been lazy for years. i don't know what he feels like he deserves, but he needs to put some work in to get there. idk, at least that's my opinion on it. a lot of people talk about all the potential carlito has and whatnot, but i haven't seen any of it on display in a long time. everyone likes to blame the writers like it's their job to get people over, but the wrestlers themselves have to get themselves over and either they have what it takes to make the crowd care about them or they don't. |

It would be a shame if they let him go. Remember the matches he was having with Orton, Shelton, and Nitro a few years ago, they were absolute gold. I just say move him to SD! and let him prosper. Raw is the place where pushes DIE.hard.

Pure Curiosity: how the does Meltzer get all this info??!? :@ Im convinced 98% of his crap is made up. Have you ever heard some of his crap? Some of its just so stupid. Hed make a report coming up to the royal rumble saying stuff like "one of the people in the rumble match will DEFINITELY win it! currently we are unaware who though" or stuff like "Trevor Murdoch is set for a big push soon. It turns out Shawn Michaels is a big fan of country music. Expect to Shawn michaels and Trevor murdoch on screen together a lot more often" and when nothing ever comes of it, people will just forget it and buy into his other crap reports. |

Carlito just doesn't care anymore, so why should the writing team give him anything to work with?
Both sides are likely stubborn on the issue of Carlito's future, but if he ever wants to get anywhere in the business, he'll shut up, put in the effort to get over and hopefully be rewarded somewhere down the road. I don't see where he gets off acting as if he deserves push after push when obviously it hasn't worked because he's the same stale character and hasn't made any effort to change anything other than goofy looking hair styles and cartoonish tights.
I wish WWE would release him so he could finally realize how good he has it when compared to other guys who can't even dream of making it to WWE.
