I'm hope-ing Grove wins, then Tanner heads to WEC. To have a Jens Pulver style career rival.
But if Tanner wins, bye bye grove in ufc. Which I'm all for. As I don't see much in Kendall to be honest.

I'm a huge Evan Tanner fan, so I hope he pulls out the win. I think CB is an arrogant prick, and I like Amir, so I hope Amir beats him for a second time.

Overall, a great night of fights I thought. I am so damn glad Amir won and he won fair & square. CB tapped and everyone saw it. So, I have no idea how he can possibly say he didn't when it was clear as day. Congrats go out to Amir for being this season's Ultimate Fighter!!

I was so excited when Amir won I jumped up and started yelling yes! Was glad to see him win again since it wouldn't have been fair for him to beat CB and then lose in the finals to him. Chipper look great tonight and could be one of the guys that really could be a threat in the future as he is real young and just getting proper training now.

All the fights tonight were good and justified by the winners.
Riddle, Amir and Grove were all clearly dominant in their fights. Hope to see Grove get back on track with this win.

Alright! Amir won! The look on CB's face was priceless hahahah. The amir/CB fight and the Diego/Luigi fight were by far the best on the card. I'm still laughing at Amir after the fight. "I'm trying to think of something funny to say but nothing's coming out so i'll just say I can't beleive that just happened" and then the whole "ITS HURTING MY ARMS!" thing lmfao so glad he won that.

I so ing happy that Amir won, CB was too cocky. According to Wikipedia, CB didn't tap to Amir's arm bar.

On the show, to me, he just came off as a cocky prick and I'm glad he lost. Well, we all know Wikipedia is not the most reliable source of information and the good thing about Wikipedia is that it can always be changed.

Yeah wikipedia. In a post-fight interview CB admitted he tapped to Amir's armbar. What happened was he felt like he needed to tap, went to tap, tapped once, and realized he was alright, and went to go back to defending, but Herb Dean had already seen the first tap.

I hate Dean, Mazzagatti ftw. The fights were good, I enjoyed watching Matt and Dante. Same for Kendall and Evan.

What happened was he felt like he needed to tap, went to tap, tapped once, and realized he was alright, and went to go back to defending, but Herb Dean had already seen the first tap. In that case, he made a fool of himself by immediately crying that he didn't tap. Especially since the replay clearly showed he did (even if it was only one tap, it clearly happened). You don't get to take back your tap in MMA just because you realize you're OK. It doesn't work that way. If you tap, it's over. If you're OK to fight, then don't tap.

Amir won fare and square. C.B just cant face the fact he got caught....TWICE.
And what a shame to see Tanner get handled by Grove like that.... I really though Tanner would be the winner, but he was gassed out in the second round and his punches were very slow. I hope this isnt the ed for Tanner though.
Congrats to Diego. He probably had the best KO of the night with that round kick and a flying knee. BUT Luigi did prove he has what it takes to scrap with some bigger names in the UFC. He didnt give Diego an easy win thats for sure.
BTW, did anyone see Marvin Eastman get huge defeatd brutally by Drew McFederies? Very Nice...

I can just imagine how that interview went. "C.B. felt C.B. was in trouble so C.B. tapped, but then C.B. realized C.B. wasn't in that much trouble and C.B. stopped tapping. C.B. then started to defend again, but the ref seen C.B. tap and stopped the fight. C.B. is just mad at C.B. for tapping so quickly and C.B. will need to learn from that mistake so that C.B. doesn't do that again."

The judging in the main event might have been the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. How do TWO judges score it 30-26, and the other scores it 29-28 for the OTHER fighter? What the ?

Kendall looked great. I always said he was an amazing fighter who continually grows. He may have a weak chin but a fighter can still have a successful career with a weak chin. Very entertaining fight.
Diego looked like a madman. I was impressed to see him go back to how he used to fight.
Overall a good card.
