This is how I view it:
The Rock is all the way up here...
And Cena is all the way down here

You are entitled to your own opinion, no matter how screwed up and dillusional it may be, you are still entitled to it. But without question, in MY opinion, The Rock is WAY, WAY better than John Cena.
The Rock is a better wrestler, better entertainer, better on the mic, damn sure a better actor and is certainly more popular than Cena ever will be. There isn't anything Cena is better at than The Rock. End of story.

I've said it before and I'll say it again ... I will NEVER understand what the big freakin' deal about The Rock is.
I have watched him since his debut in WWE so I've seen almost every match he's ever been in and I've seen his full evolution as a wrestler and I NEVER understood why he is so praised.
Yes, he was great on the stick. The best ever ... I don't think so. I think he had a cool character and was a good entertainer, but in the ring he was "okay" ... much like Cena is "okay."
I may be flamed for this, but I actually think, at least in the ring, Cena is at least as good as The Rock was.
The Rock will always be held in such regard becayse he was big in a time where wrestling was extremely popular and he was ontop at the time, but I never could understand why people say The Rock is one of the best wrestlers of all time ... he is FAR from one of the best wrestlers of all time. Most of the time, in the ring he bore the hell out of me unless it was some outlandish hardcore match with Mick Foley so they could use all the bells & whistles.

I prefer John Cena over The Rock, but that's just my opinion, and many, many people will disagree with it. I've always enjoyed The Rock's matches and promos, but Cena's more real, so I guess that's what draws me to him more than anything; and the fact that he's from my state of Massachusetts.
When he does the "5 moves of doom", I actually laugh because I know what's coming and that it'll piss everyone off. It's great.

The Rock, although a sell out, will never EEEEEVER, be lowered to the level of Cena You obviously don't know the definition of a sell out. The Rock didn't walk away from anything. He did everything he could in wrestling, he's trying to be successful at something else, which so far he is.

How did the Rock walk out on his fans? Someone explain this to me. He did everything he could in wrestling. If he stuck around he'd be in the same boat as Triple H, at the top proving nothing. Austin left wrestling because of an injury. But look at Kurt "Delusions of Grandeur" Angle, he will wrestle with any injury. Austin and the Rock wrestled in one of the highest, most exciting, and arguable overrated at times, in pro wrestling. The Rock had the ability to make it in movies, why chastise him for it? If you were actually a fan of him you would support his movies. Get over the fact that you're too obsessed with wrestling that you won't support former wrestlers in other ventures.

Even if Cena wanted to leave, no one would want to use him in a movie. Remember, the Marine?

The Rock has HAD way more talent then Cena. Back when he debuted, he had hops. Cena, he was okay, but he did not have the same agility and athleticism. So The Rock beats him there. On to microphone and charisma skills. The Rock is the best at that, no doubt. Cena was once good, but not anymore. And he will never get as good as The Rock in the promo division. To the actual matches, The Rock had that intensity that Cena, again, once had but doesnt have anymore. The Rock had great fueds with Austin, Undertaker, HHH, and the likes. Cena has fueds with washed up talent such as JBL, and HHH. Just my opinion
