Is this a joke? Every WWE ppv this year has been pretty damn good, and while not all storylines are that great, I still think it could be a lot worse. Or did we all forget 2005?

Being from the South, I will and always will prefer WCW/NWA over WWE/F but WWE isnt that far down as WCW was, yet

WWE is nowhere near the position WCW was in their last days. If they can afford to give away three million dollars, I think they're okay.

Oh my, i'd definately have to say wcw was way worse which isnt easy because at one time i was a preferred them over wwf/e. I'd dont think E's ever been as low as the ladder WCW days.

All 4 people who voted for WCW clearly never watched a WCW show that year. WWE isn't really doing that bad quality wise, it's actually the fact that most people here just sit around and fantasize about the past that makes it seem like its terrible. Every year people talk about how terrible the WWE is and every year they reference a point in the past when it was "awesome", people have been doing this forever, yes even in the attitude era people did this. Don't believe me, just look at how many people look back at 2003-2004 with fondness now, arguably the worst time in the WWE now people are all over it. It's basically the fact that once you're removed from the situation you ignore all the negatives about it because you can.

Im not just saying that now, its because every week I would look forward to it. But yea i see what your saying.

WWE may be bad, but it's not "Billy Kidman feuding with Hulk Hogan" bad.

WWE may be bad, but it's not "Billy Kidman feuding with Hulk Hogan" bad. Hornswoggle feuding with anyone, especially for tag titles is probably worse.

Or maybe some people don't think 2003-2004 was the worst time in WWE. .Though I am surprised how many people enjoyed WCW 2000-2001 more than WWE today. If that's what you voted you should try watching TNA, it's pretty random these days.

I don't know that WCW in it's dying days was any better than the crapwe get now, but I did choose WCW because I actually cared about most of the guys on the roster. I couldn't give two shits about 90% of today's WWE roster.

Back then, I thought WCW 2000-2001 was pretty damn bad. If only I knew what was yet to come...

I'm saying that's not "proof" because not everyone thinks that time period was so bad. Do I have to respond to the entire post?

IMO, WWE is doing a great job right now so I would rather watch the current product. Also, WWE lacks Russo's gay storylines and David Arquette, that is a plus. The dying days of WCW sucked ass.

People seem to forget that 2001 was a good year for WCW in terms of quality.
