KOC Heavyweight Tourney Night 2 [#2] 1. Losers Bracket: Taiyo Kea def. Hiroshi Tanahashi (09:26) via pinfall with the H50. - 72% Kea and Tanahashi start the match off exchanging strikes. Tanahashi gets the better of it, sends Kea into the ropes and hits a dropkick. Tanahashi counters Kea's suplex attempt into a small package hold. Then Tanahashi takes the match over. He begins working the arm but Kea puts an end to that with an enzuigiri flush to the head. Kea busts Tanahashi's head open. Tanahashi goes up top but Kea throws him off and locks in a figure four leglock. Northern Light's Suplex from Kea. 1...2... 2.9! Kea hits a shining wizard. Tanahashi begins working the leg. Another Nothern Light's Suplex from Kea! 1...2... 2.9! Death Valley Driver from Kea. Kea picks him up hits the H50! 1...2...3! Kea advances in the losers bracket.2. Losers Bracket: Mitsuharu Misawa def. Ebessan (11:59) via pinfall with the Emerald Flowsion. - 69% Misawa is looking to rebound from his embarrassing three minute loss from night 1. Ebessan tries to take it to Misawa. But Misawa isn't having it. They do an arm drag sequence and Misawa throws elbows. Misawa sends Ebessan into the corner and hits a running back elbow. Snapmare and elbow to the bridge of the nose. Misawa throws an elbow and Ebessan counters into a backslide but gets a near fall. Another elbow to the bridge of the nose followed by a senton onto the chest of Ebessan. Rolling camel clutch by Misawa. Ebessan throws elbows of his own. But it has no effect. GERMAN FROM EBESSAN! Misawa hits an enzuigiri counter. German attempt from Misawa but Ebessan counters with a low blow. Misawa is pissed. He hits a running elbow smash that knocks Ebessan to the outside and follows up with a rolling elbow. Ebessan has unleased the beast in Misawa. They're back into the ring. Misawa hits another running elbow smash and covers. 1....2... 2.9! ANOTHER elbow! Another cover. 1...2... 2.9! Dropkick from Ebessan. Running elbow smash and Misawa picks him up. EMERALD FLOWSION! 1...2...3! Misawa wins a very one sided match.3. Losers Bracket: Kensuke Sasaki def. Takeshi Morishima (14:00) via submission with the Front Neck Lock. - 68% This should be an all out brawl here. Morishima throws elbows. Morishima sends Kensuke into the corner and hits a running lariat. Kensuke makes a huge comeback and does the same. Then he hits a scoop slam followed by a dropkick off an Irish whip. Jujigatame from Kensuke. Morishima doesn't tap. STO from Kensuke. I think Morishima has set off Kensuke. Morishima throws a lariat but Kensuke blocks. Kensuke catches a Morishima boot and throws him to the ground. Kensuke throws him to the outside and locks in a rear naked choke on the floor. Kensuke throws a powerball punch only for Morishima to block it. Then he body slams him on the exposed concrete and locks in a powerball jujigatame. Back inside the ring. Kensuke hits a powerball lariat! All of his powerballs are gone now. Kensuke hits a suplex. Brainbuster from Kensuke! But he picks him up. Backdrop from Morishima! Kensuke counters an Irish whip into the corner into one of his own and hits an avalanche powerslam! 1...2... 2.9! Suplex from Morishima. Kensuke signals for the end but Morishima kicks him in the face. Kensuke knocks him down and locks in the front neck lock but Morishima gets to the ropes. Then Morishima hits another suplex. Kensune signals for the end again. LARIAT! Morishima gets up dazed. ANOTHER LARIAT! Cover on Morishima and rope break. Front neck lock! Morishima taps.4. 2nd Round: Jumbo Tsuruta def. Mike Awesome (15:42) via KO with the Backdrop Suplex. - 95% Jumbo quickly takes Awesome down. Awesome puts Tsuruta into the abdominal stretch. Awesome takes Jumbo down and stomps the leg. Jumbo gets up and slaps Awesome in the face. Jumbo slams Awesome. Now he works the arm. Suplex from Jumbo. Jumbo sends Awesome into the ropes and hits the Thesz press but only for a near fall. Awesome slams Jumbo and then hammers his back with punches. He sends Jumbo into the ropes but misses the shoulder tackle. Jumbo tries sending Awesome into the ropes but Awesome counters and hits a shoulder block. Lariat and JUMBO NO-SELLS and just looks at Awesome. Jumbo is getting fired up. Jumbo tries a suplex but Awesome fights out of it. Jumbo with a dropkick off an Irish whip. Backdrop from Jumbo! Awesome is hurt. Jumbo goes for a piledriver but Awesome backdrops out of into a pin. 1...2... 2 is all he gets. AWESOME SPLASH! ONLY A 1 COUNT! I think he's pissing Jumbo off. Jumbo with another Thesz press! 1...2... only 2! Awesome gets up and hits a powerbomb but loses all of his energy while doing so. Jumbo gets up and hits a backdrop. Then he hits a lariat and covers. But it's a rope break. SITOUT AWESOME BOMB! 1...2... only 2! Jumbo goes for a powerbomb of his own but Awesome backdrops out of it into a bridge pin. 1...2... only 2. RUNNING AWESOME BOMB! Rope break. Jumbo locks in a Boston crab. Awesome hits a belly-to-belly suplex. Jumbo hits a dropkick. Backdrop from Jumbo! Awesome is almost done. Awesome somehow hits a suplex. Jumbo goes for another powerbomb but Awesome fights out of it. Awesome with a diving lariat! Another lariat from Awesome. Awesome sends Jumbo into the ropes and hits another lariat. Jumbo gets up... BACKDROPPPAAAHHHHHH! CRITICAL! Awesome has been KO'd by Jumbo's backdrop suplex! Awesome ing match.5. 2nd Round: Jun Akiyama def. Toshiaki Kawada (18:06) via pinfall with the Wrist Clutch Exploder Suplex. - 93% Kawada starts off by throwing Akiyama into the corner and going for a boot only for Akiyama to boot him in the face. Akiyama goes for a German but Kawada flips out of it. They go outside the ring. Snapmare from Kawada and spine kick. They go back inside the ring and Kawada throws Akiyama into the corner and boots him in the face. Kawada gots for a suplex but Akiyama counters into a suplex of his own. Jumping knee from Akiyama! Kawada gets up and throws him to the ground. He hits a jumping knee drop. Akiyama goes a for a headlock takeover but Kawada turns into a pin. 1... only 1. Akiyama takes him over a headlock takeover. Then puts him in a sleeper. Akiyama sends Kawada into the ropes. Jumping knee! Figure four from Akiyama. Snapmare from Akiyama, another figure four! Akiyama is working over the most lethal weapon. Kawada puts him in a half crab while stomping on Akiyama's head! Then Kawada locks in the stretch plum. Akiyama doesn't tap. Akiyama goes for the exploder. But instead, he lands and elbow. Guillotine choke from Akiyama! Kawada doesn't tap. Kawada hits a suplex and follows up with a knee drop. Kawada goes for a backdrop but Akiyama falls on him. 1...2... Kawada kicks out. Kawada then locks in the stretch plum in the center of the ring again. Akiyama refuses to give up. Kawada goes for a powerbomb but Akiyama backdrops out of it. Then Kawada goes for a German but Akiyama stomps on his foot. Akiyama hits an exploder! He follows up with an enzuigiri. Then hits a jumping knee! Kawada hits Kawada kicks. Backdrop suplex from Kawada! Both men are absolutely exhausted. Akiyama throws Kawada to the floor. Then he goes for a baseball slide but Kawada is too far away. EXPLODER ON THE EXPOSED CONCRETE FLOOR! What a match! Kawada goes for the ganmengiri but Akiyama blocks. Another exploder! Cover! 1...2.. only 2! Akiyama goes up and hits a diving elbow. Kawada is down. Powerball guillotine choke! Kawada doesn't tap. Akiyama signals for the end. WRIST CLUTCH EXPLODER! 1...2... 3! Akiyama wins! WHAT A MATCH!6. Losers Bracket: Kenta Kobashi def. Hayabusa (09:20) via pinfall with the Brainbuster. - 66% Kobashi chops Hayabusa to the met. Hayabusa gets up and Kobashi chops him to the mat again. Kobashi snapmares Hayabusa over and locks in the sleeper. Hayabusa slams him. But Kobashi gets up immediately and shoulder blocks him. Then he locks the chin lock in. Kobashi goes for the half nelson suplex but Hayabusa fights out of it and hits a dropkick. Facecrusher from Hayabusa followed up by the Muta lock! Kesagiri chop from Kobashi. Another chin lock. Hayabusa goes for a suplex but Kobashi counters it into his own suplex. Hayabusa keeps trying to use his speed to his advantage, which is a very smart move. Rolling kesagiri chop rocks Hayabusa and then Kobashi hits a suplex. Powerbomb with jackknife roll from Kobashi! 1...2... only 2. Front suplex from Kobashi. This is getting pretty good. Hayabusa can't hit anything anymore. Half nelson suplex! Hayabusa is crouched. Kobashi picks him up and goes for another. Standing burning lariat! Kobashi picks him up again and hits the sleeper suplex. He picks him up and finally hits the brainbuster. It's academic. 1...2...3. Kobashi wins. Poor Hayabusa. He took an unnecessary beating in the last minute of the match.7. 2nd Round: Yuji Nagata def. Keiji Muto (19:46) via pinfall with the Wrist Clutch Exploder Suplex. - 100% They start the match off with Nagata booting Muto in the face. Muto works the leg. Nagata kicks away at Muto's leg and slams him. Nagata boots him again and puts him in a leg lock. He's focused on that leg. Now Muto begins working Nagata's arm. Then he hits a running dropkick to the leg of Nagata and puts him in a figure four. Nagata must have been watching Muto/Misawa because he is not letting Muto hit the dragon screw. He is doing everything he can to counter the dragon screw. Muto hits a backdrop. Nagata sends Muto into the corner and hits a running boot. Muto sends Nagata into the corner and hits a handspring elbow. Muto tries the dragon screw. But Nagata will not let it happen. Dropkick to Nagata's legs. FINALLY! He hits the dragon screw and follows up with the figure four. Muto goes for a backdrop. But Nagata elbows out of it, goes around and hits a backdrop of his own. STANDING SHINING WIZARD! Nagata is down. Muto picks him up. That was a huge mistake. Nagata boots him in the face. Picks him up and boots him again. Wrist clutch exploder from Nagata! Ankle hold. Muto makes it to the ropes. Exploder suplex again. Ankle hold again. Exploder again! 1...2... 2.9! Muto dropkicks the legs and puts him into a figure four. Nagata is nowhere near the ropes but doesn't tap. Nagata Lock III! Muto doesn't tap. Frankensteiner from Muto! 1...2... Nagata kicks out! Dragon screw! Nagata is crouched down. Muto doesn't take advantage. That could come back to bite him on the ass. Standing shining wizard! Muto picks him up and goes for a crouched shining wizard. Nagata moves and hits a head kick! 1...2... Muto kicks out! Muto hits a backdrop! Both men are down! HELL OF A MATCH! Nagata Lock but Muto is on the ropes. Muto dropkicks the legs. Nagata is up and standing shining wizard! He pins him but Nagata is in the ropes. Shining wizard but Nagata counters. Wrist clutch exploder! 1...2...3! NAGATA WINS! FANTASTIC ING MATCH! Congrats to both competitors on another MOTYC.8. 2nd Round: Shinya Hashimoto def. Antonio Inoki (18:46) via submission with the Triangle Choke. - 92% Inoki punches Hashimoto. Inoki slaps Hash and throws him out of the ring. Hash throws Inoki into the guardrail. Inoki slams Hash on the floor. They get back into the ring. Hash goes for a running kesagiri chop but Inoki blcoks and throws Hash to the mat. Fujiwara armbar from Hash. Snapmare and elbow drop from Hashimoto. They lock up and Hash outpowers him. Then he gets Inoki into a front facelock and knees Inoki. Inoki begins working over the leg. Hash is looking to break Inoki's arm. He sends Inoki into the ropes and hits a wheel kick. He does it again and hits a running kesagiri chop. Hash kicks away at the legs of Inoki. Inoki slaps Hash. Hash kicks Inoki in the chest. Then Inoki takes him down and locks in the Indian death lock again. Headlock takeover from Hash. Inoki goes for a double arm suplex but Hash backdrops out of it into a bridge pin. 1...2... only 2. Inoki is dazed after a kick and Hash comes running with a vicious kesagiri chop knocking Inoki to the outside. Inoki is hurt. They get back into the ring. Hash slams Inoki. Backdrop from Inoki! Headlock takeover and elbow drop from Hash. Another backdrop Inoki! Goes for a German but Hash elbow s out of it. Hash sends Inoki into the ropes and hits a jumping DDT, leg sweep and then kick to the chest! OH MY GOD! WHAT A ING SEQUENCE! 1...2... 2.9! Inoki takes him down and hits a diving knee drop from the top. Hash starts to take the match back over. Inoki locks in the octopus stretch. But Hash gets to the ropes. Hash goes for a rolling kesagiri chop but Inoki catches it and tries to break Hash's arm. Then Hash knocks him down and goes into the triangle choke. But Inoki is too close to the ropes! Inoki hits a double arm suplex! He then puts Hash into a sleeper. Hash is out. Then he hits an enzuigiri! Hash shakes it off and hits the jumping DDT! Cover! 1...2... INOKI KICKS OUT! ANOTHER JUMPING DDT! BOTH MEN ARE DOWN! HASH LOCKS IN THE TRIANGLE CHOKE AND INOKI TAPS! HELL OF A MATCH! That jumping DDT, leg sweep and kick to the chest sequence was the most amazing thing I've ever seen in KOC II.This show was absolutely amazing and much superior to night 1.

If Awesome upset Kobashi, I think he could do the same to Jumbo. But we'll see. It's going on right now.
EDIT: He didn't stop the near unbeatable Jumbo Tsuruta. I don't know who will. Kawada/Akiyama going on now.

If Nagata's 2nd and Akiyama's 1st match got 100%, I would love to see the finals ,you should record all the 100% matches of the night, or he 90 and up matchs , since they seem like such good matches
