Yesterday, Chris Parks AKA Abyss was fined 100 dollars for working shows without a license. The promoters he worked for were also fined 25 dollars

That's... huge news? Promoters and wrestlers get fines all the time. If you were a promoter, would you pay the state a $25 fine to make a killing off of a nationally known wrestler?
