Which is STOCK music. TNA can't use it because they need to find the rights to the discontinued disc that has that song.

You're an idiot. It is stock music. It's produced by Kosinus Music and it was on a disc released in 1990. It is discontinued now. WWE only kept it because they acquired WCW, who owned the rights to the song. You really shouldn't talk about stuff you don't know.

Just because Booker probably has it on a CD or his computer or something crazy like that doesn't mean that he has the ability to use it.
