They're definately on Celtics, look at the arena floor in the background it's green.
I'm thinking Pierce because you can clearly make out a headband on the big sillohette, maybe Rondo I'm not 100% sure.
Ray Allen on the game case?

Why the hell is Tony Parker on the cover? I like him but theres no reason to have him there. I would have preferred Kobe, Pierce, or even Garnett again. Theres no reason why one of them isn't on the cover. Though I have a feeling Pierce will make 2K.
Edit. Well looking at their site I guess Garnett made 2K.
