You ever go back and watch wrestling from when RA's started being made (I guess around 02) and see an attire or a wrestler you thought would definitely be made, but JAKKS just never got around to it? There are a few that come to my mind
Shawn Michaels (WMXX, Rumble 04 attire) - This was HBK's classic red/white attire and he wore it ALOT in 03 and 04, problably at more than half of the PPV's of those years so I often wonder why we never got an HBK in that attire. Did they just stop making HBK figures for that year? They released HBK in his WM19 (03) attire and then rereleased the same attire in BTN, but then they just stopped making HBK in ring attire until he changed his attire to the pleather pants in 05. Odd.
Undertaker (Rumble 07, No Way Out 07, Backlash 07 attire) - Basically it had the red logos on the side. I was just suprised they skipped by this color. JAKKS did make a Rumble 07 series, but didn't give Taker the red logos he wore and instead gave him the outdated white/green/red logos he hadn't worn since Feb of 06. I just remember waiting for this attire to be made, but it nevert was an now we're already onto his purple and gold logos so I guess it just got passed over.
Shawn Michaels (WM22/Survivor Series 07/countless episodes of RAW attire) - I'm talking about the grey/black/red HBK attire. sure we got it in DA form, but I'm really shocked we haven't seen one in RA form yet. First off, it just suprises me that it didn't come out in the WM22 series and then he wore it so much after and at so many PPV's, but we just never got this attire in RA form. I suppose there is still a chance we may get it, but I doubt it since he has new attires to be made and likely those will be concentrated on. I would say this is arguably his most worn attire over the last year, but it got skipped over in RA form which I thought was a little odd.
you guys?

I really think Jakks shouldv'e did the WM 22 attire at some point for Shawn in the RA line.
If I can think of some more, I'll edit 'em into this post.

I think these are older than RA (but he could have worn them after RA came in), but i remember Jericho had a red pair of tights with silver barbed wire designs on it that i always thought was cool and hope is his CS figure's looks.

I completely agree with you on the WMXX and WM22 HBK attires, i really wished that Jakks had released Shawn in both those gears. Rated R NinJa

There's many many CS figures that have been made in obscure attires where I can't believe Jakks never got around to making the most famous/signature attire. It's obvious that Jakks don't go for the most popular attires first time round so that way they have the opportunity of doing a repaint that will sell as well if not better than the first figure which wouldn't've sold well if released the other way round. That's fine for RAs, for example, we will obviously get a ring gear Jericho which will sell well even though most people will buy the street gear one first anyway, if the ring attire version was released first then the street gear version wouldn't've been at all popular. What annoys me though is that the same tactic is used with CS but with those figures Jakks rarely get around to releasing another version so we are left with a weird attired one and no signature look one. I'm hoping that Jakks will rectify this problem towards the end of the license with a few Best Of CS series with the repaints that we need - Mr Perfect in yellow, Rick Martel in purple, Mabel in purple, Sherri in a black dress, DiBiase in a black suit, Rockers in ring attire, Terry Funk in 80s cowboy gear, Iron Sheik in cut off jeans, Warlord and Barbarian in singles attire (WE REALLy NEED THOSE!!!) Tugboat (ANOTHER IMPORTANT ONE) Bobby Heenan in ANY outfit he actually wore and preferably with Rey/Mick legs and also any other properly scaled managers. Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head but there's probably plently more.

I think it was from the Royal Rumble line that came with stands. I know I used to own the figure.

Cause if I recall correctly that figure was pretty hard to come by cause everyone wanted it. I actually still might have one MOC at my parents house. I can't remember. But if I remember it had a T-Shirt on.

They do make some odd choices in CS regarding attire. Sometimes I think they just look at the wrestler's page on OWW and just pick one outfit at random.
It's interesting that with all the LOD/Road Warrior figures they've made, only CS9 Hawk is from the Warriors in their prime. CSTT 1 makes sense, because it was probably the height of their career in terms of popular appeal. All the others (blue WCW, LOD 2000, whatever the hell the IE set was) are from times when the team was way past its prime. Its odd that Jakks has never released a classic black tights, black shoulder pads AWA/NWA Road Warriors set.

Zack Gowen, i was looking forward to that one ;[. We need a 2000 attire Game, it's ridiculous. Better Godfather, in ring gear.

There were TWO figs with the red tights with silver barbwire. You are both right, RAW Heat Jericho with Raw is Jericho shirt and Royal Rumble stand fig.

Jamie Noble's General Lee trunks (probably not considered due to flag controversy). Nunzio's Italian Flag trunks (tri-bar design, like RA11.5 Dupree). Triple H's shorts (only seen in proto form). Chris Masters' gold trunks. Big Show's various impersonations. Any Al Snow attire besides JOB Squad. Seriously, I've owned 4 Al Snow figures in my lifetime (1 BCA, 2 TTL, and 1 RA) and 3 of them were in the same damn attire.
