Either Jericho or JBL, because it'll take a good 2 years before Punk sees some main event action on Raw.

No offense but this thread is really dumb. It's pretty much just as a cover-up for you to spread your Punk love affair and let everyone know that nobody has kicked out of the GTS. It's a crappy finisher and the reason nobody has kicked out yet (I'm sure someone has at some point anyway) is that he hasn't defeated anyone above the mid-card level with it. It is a lot better for finisher threads when the move is actually really good and powerful like the F-5, jackhammer, Pounce, etc. I really doubt anyone in a million years would think about how nobody has kicked out of the GTS.

I would rather them have it be countered rather than him hit and someone kick out. Either that or start using the vise again.

I hope its Cena. hes the top guy, and shouldnt being going down to a sloppy looking move. Maybe Punk will then decide to have a finisher that looks good. The GTS looks better than the FU. |

Cena wouldn't even take a GTS if he faced Punk. They save kicking out of finishers for big matches and Punk will not be in a big match with Cena anytime soon.
When he cashes in MITB, he'll probably use more than one, win or lose his opponent will kick out of the first. I'm sure someone will kick out of it before he cashes in now that he's on Raw.

But the move as a whole looks very impressive. You can't tell me you haven't have had a "holy crap" moment when you look at some of his Pounces. A lot of them made the crowd go "oooooooohhh". When has a GTS ever done that? And CMP, there is still no need for this thread. Should I make a thread asking about when someone will kick out of the Elijah Express? Maybe asking about when someone will kick out of Kofi's finisher? Honestly, the finisher isn't that great and nobody thinks of it as a powerful finisher. |

I have always thought The Pounce was a joke. A shoulder block is much weaker than a knee point blank to the  in' face. |
