I don't really have any major fears. I'm not afraid of dieing at all. When I die, it will most likely suck because there's always more to do, but I in no way fear where I'm going. I am agnostic, and don't believe there is a heaven or a hell. To me, when you die, your power switch is flipped off, and you're done. You are disposed of in your choice (burial or cremation), and your life is over. I do believe in hauntings and spirits, but heaven and hell? No.
I wouldn't call it a fear, but I am uncomfortable in water that I cannot see through. My dad is a big fisherman, and I go with him from time to time just because it's his thing and he likes when I go. Sometimes we go in the Kankakee river, and we wade. Wading is fishing while in the water (of a river) that only goes up to your waist, you're not swimming or anything. I am very uncomfortable in the water because things brush up against your legs. Whether its random sea weed or a piece of wood flowing with the current, it freaks me out. I hate it. My imagination is way too powerful to have something I cannot see touching me.
The only thign I'm really afraid of is things that we don't know about. When I think, I can sit around for hours and just think about the planets and all of the stars and crapout there. It freaks me out knowing as little as we do about something so massive.

My biggest fear is sleeping at night and not being able to protect my son or girlfriend. I have an alarm and everything. It is just the fact of not being ready if something would happen. And knowing it could be to late when I wake up. And the fact I have a 3 story 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house does not help at all. This has really started freaking me the  out since my son was born in Nov.2005. It has gotten so bad lately that I keep a gun under my bed. It really s with me bad. |

Heart Attack or really anything that has to do with the heart scares the hell out of me, I even hate feeling my own heart beat.

On top of snakes and rhinoceruses (sp?) I also fear the IRS. The scare the crap out of me. That agency is way, way too powerful.
