Hey everyone, I don't know if a topic like this one was already done in the past and if so ... I apologize in advance but ..... I was wondering what your favorite live PPV moment was ?? I was watching our DVD's and this one has to be my favorite because of crowd reaction and everything involved .... When Edge beat John Cena for the WWE Championship at New Year's Revolution 2006 in Albany, NY. The crowd just went ape after the second spear and the pin. I have others but this one was just absolutely amazing !!!!!

Are you talking on Pay-Per-View in general, or shows that we've been to?
As far as ones I've been to are concerned...
The entire Goldberg/Lesnar match from Wrestlemania XX, I've never had so much fun at a show.
Benoit winning the championship at 'Mania was incredible as well.
Edge beating John Cena in his hometown at Summerslam '06.

Cena returning at this year's Royal Rumble. Crowd reaction was priceless.

Never been to a PPV, tbh. But my favorite live moment in general was January 7th, Raw Roulette. Hornswoggle brought out some jobber to team with him, but Foley came out. I remember honesty jumping up and down in my seat screaming. So, so fun.

I went to Royal Rumble 04 in Boston. The best part was easily Lesnar winning the RR match.

For me personally it was seeing Hogan for the first time live at Summerslam 06 and he faced Orton one of my fav wrestler's. I marked out for Hogan like I was 5 years old. But I still wanted Orton to win. oh well.

I agree, ppvaddict.
I was there too. It was my first live PPV, so that was awesome. I live in Troy, NY which is really close to Albany. The Pepsi Arena -- which is now the Times Union Center -- is a place I've been going to since I was a kid. I remember the main event being such a dissapointment and the crowd was going crazy. However, I am an Edge fan and have been for many years. Say what you will, being there as Edge captured his first World title was absolutely mindblowing. No one saw it coming, and to be there and witness it happen was probably one of the greatest things I've ever seen in my time of being a wrestling fan. Great moment.

When Undertaker won the Championship belt at 'Mania 13, and got down on one knee and raised the Championship belt up. Just an awesome moment at the time and whenever he does it again, it's never the same.

Shanevs Kane match at Unforgiven. When Shane jumped off that damn stage and ended up losing the last man standing match. The crowd was insane and started chanting "one more time" lol. You can barely hear it on tape but it was pretty damn loud there.
Non-PPV moment. I have to throw that in there because of the match. It was the night of the "live sex celebration" and Cena cleaned house. They got rid of the bed and **** and then he challenged anyone in the back to a fight and Kurt Angle came out and won...Cleanly following an Angle slam. I'll never forget that. The back and forth chants were amazing for both men. The fact that Angle actually won the thing was huge to me.
Plus during the celebration Lita had a 'slip' that was shown on the big ass titon tron lol. I remember coming home to see the tape and you can barely see it and then the screen went black lol. Come back to the crowd and we're still looking. It was on that titon tron much longer than it should have been lol.

This past Judgement Day was the only PPV I've been to....so it'd have to be when HBK was tuning up the band and Jericho kept getting up and falling back down like 3 times in a row.

Just the whole atmosphere surrounding the HBK/Hogan match at Summerslam 2005 was fun to be a part of, as well as cheering on Jericho to defeat Cena.

I've never been to a pay-per-view but my favorite live moment has to be seeing all 3 of my "favorites" as world champions at their own time.
Rob Van Dam -- 6/26/06 RAW Edge -- 6/18/07 - Smackdown/ECW House Show Randy Orton -- 12/2/07 - RAW HOuse Show
Also, seeing Benoit live for the first and last time at the same SD/ECW house Show.

One of my favorite PPV moments was when Kurt Angle won the WWF title at Unforgiven 01. This was of course just a couple weeks after the events of 9/11. The entire arena erupted when he won the belt. It was great to be a part of that.
The next is a kind of non PPV/PPV thing. That being last year when Edge cashed in against Taker on SD and won the belt, then in December Edge winning the belt AGAIN at Armageddon.

The match at Unforgiven was SHANE (not Edge) v. KANE Angle was not at that show in Hershey he was on Smackdown at the time. There was not a dark match after the show. You are very very confused.

Out of all the WWE shows I've been to, I've only been to one WWE Pay-Per-View (although, going to SummerSlam this year), and that would be the 2006 Great American Bash Pay-Per-View, so I'd easily say seeing the first Punjabi Prison match between Big Show and Undertaker, or Booker T winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Rey Mysterio.
