The Indy HATE List

I can't say I really hate anyone on the scene, but when I was at FIP's last show, Greg Valentine was on his phone the entire time instead of shaking hands and introducing himself to people and whatnot. But, other than that, I've made a lot of friends on the indy scene.

No hate. But I disklike the following:

Bryan Danielson: He is so beloved by the internet. Half the people dont even know why they love him. They just mindlessly follow like a little cult on Kool Aid. Yes, Danielson is a fantastic technical wrestler. I love the cattle mutilation. However, I find him extremely overrated. He has zero ability to be an entertaining face. Yes, he can be a very effective heel.......but it requires him to be cocky, over confident. In ROH that will work. But in the E or TNA, it will be just a joke. Also, he is the whitest man on the damn planet and looks about as boring as paint drying.

Erick Stevens: He isnt that good. He is a below average performer at best. But ROH loves him. I think him and Gabe are in some sort of love trinagle with a mystery man. Either that or Stevens must have some incriminating photos of Gabe and former ROH owner Finklestein. I wonder what little buy is scarred for life. Could it be Stevens?

John Zandig: Basically because he thinks he is the HHH of the indies.

Nick Gage: See John Zandig. Zandig=Vince.

Chuck Taylor: See Danielson, minus the boring look.

Mickie Knuckles: Great performer, but she just gets more love than I really think she deserves. I really wish her nothing but the best, cuz she busts her ass night in and night out. But I cant stand too much hype. For example, Michael Jordan is greatest of all time. And eventhough we all know that, I dont think Jordan was ever overhyped for his stature.

jay phoenix: never met him personally,but being a scotsman he is a total embarrassment. its a very long story,but when i was getting into the business the first show i went to in detroit i got talking to quite a few 'known' indy stars,whom once they found out as was scottish and getting into the business,asked me if i knew jay,i dont. well they all did,and when you start meeting literally dozens of people all telling you stories of how he was a thief in the locker room and was a complete idiot,it made me really ashamed to be scottish. being from such a small country,we expect our people to go abroad and show a lot of poise and respect (in things like wrestling/mma etc),and pave the way for the rest of us,because when a couple of idiots make the rest of us look bad,we take it very personally.

Are you afraid of clowns? LOL!!! You always have such fierce hate for the Stormer.

I agree with you on Daizee Haze. Though I'd still hit it.

With Mickie Knuckles.....I think she is a different breed of woman wrestler. She can work a strong style. I am not saying she is technically sound or that she is a great wrestler. I just said she was a great performer. I think she will fit well in the confinds of TNA, but she will not be able to fall back on Ian Rotten's love. She will have to stand on her own 2 feet and get over on her own merit.

Lince Dorado......I think you are WAY wrong. Is Lince better than Rey when Rey was working ECW and his early WCW days, basically his early 20s.....no. Absolutely not. BUT.....is Lince better now than Rey is? HELL YEAH! Lince Dorado is head and shoulders better. Rey Mysterio is a damn joke in the E. Biggest little man? Please. Rey Mysterio is so jacked right now......he wouldnt be able to hang with the real CWs of the E. Guys like Sydal, London, Kendrick, Noble, etc. would eat him up in the ring. He doesnt have the same spring in his step, nor does he have the ability to actually fly anymore. Mysterio has also lost his ability to become a human pinball and get whipped around. Give me Dorado over modern day Rey anyday.

There sprinkles is an emberassment. It is dumb.

I can't believe someone named the Los Ice Creams, they are one of my favorite teams, period.

I don't really like to crapon anyone on the scene, simply because i dont like to say how someone should do their job.

But.....Brandon Prophet is the biggest piece of crapever.

But as far as being overated goes, i would say Erick Stevens and recently, Kevin Steen. I love Steen and everyhing, but ever since 'Mania Weekend, his matches have been lackluster IMO. Even though I havent seen anything from the hammerstein show on.

I enjoy Deranged. Many indy shows I've been to, his match ends up being the only match with any entertainment value...and he seems to a really nice guy outside the ring...though take it with a grain of salt on the "entertainment value" part, because most of his matches, are just insane spotfests.

After all the stories circulating about this guy, his just overall arrogance, and all the times I've seen him mess up something and hurt other guys, or just hurt them without a care...I just really have grown to have trouble being in the same building as that guy.
