The easiest thing for us to do would be to have one thread of suggestions, let it build up, then send a letter to Mattel making them aware of the thread. Having to respond to multiple letters would be a right pain and simply not a cost-effective way of utilising their time.

I just hope that their customer interaction is better than the letter. I think we were somewhat spolied by Jeremy and Jakks in that aspect.

Guys, big brother is watching and listening. He is responsive to all of your comments and is considering the collectors needs in designing the new line.
Shortly Mattel will officially make their presence known on these forums. They feel a strong need to keep in contact with the core collector since they want you to continue to grow and expand your collections.
It's a bit early for them to officially be here but believe me,,,,,

Well after sending in the varios leters that i recvied, Mattel actualy sent a responce. IT was a bit generic but i like what it said and aprecieat them acknowledgin our efforts.  You need a spell check. |

OP shouldve told Mattel to improve their distribution so consumers can find more DCUC in stores. You aint lying on the distribution of th DCUC , NEVER saw the Wal-Mart series except Riddler. |

Mattel has a guy, ToyGuru, that posts about their lines on several other action figure boards. I figure when the line is closer he'll do the same here if he knows about this place.

having been an ebay seller for the past 4 years and having written things exactly along these lines to thousands of customers i can tell you the following 1. they heard you 2. they want you to buy the figures 3. they will try there best to accomadate you but not at the expense of their business plans or creative vision.
