I uploaded a "preview" of my Mario bros. Set..........i should have Luigi and Bowser up by the weekend!!!!

I'm liking Mario and Goomba just fine, personally.

Mighty Muggs are caricatures, if they look cutesy or slightly weird, that's all just part of the game. Hyper-realism goes right out the window in favor of "Wow, look at how cute that thing is. Must have. Must buy."

Also, I'd hate to start up a "not worthy of" debate, but I think that Muggs are definitely one of the most-worthy things to customize. They're selling in crazy amounts right now, they've brought the underground vinyl craze to the mass market and priced it to where any budget can splurge and buy at least one, etc.

Just about anything is worth customizing if it's good enough, and F1ish10 is definitely the best of the best based on the various Mugg customs I've seen on this site and others.

Loving that Mario and Joker, great job on that. Your painting skills are superb. Look foward to seeing more.

Can't wait to see Luigi and Bowser.

If that set was a custom order, I'm betting that A) someone paid out the ass for all four and B) he/she couldn't be happier at the way things turned out.

Seriously, man, the awesomeness of that Bowser custom is almost frightening. That's definitely one of your best.

Initially I disliked how the eyes on Mario and Luigi turned out, but didn't voice it because everything else was kosher. I think that issue may've gotten you the "not up to your usual standards" post.

That being said, however, the full set pic makes it clear that the eyes was just an angle issue. Having them looking to the side is pretty unusual for a Mighty Mugg, but I think you pulled it off.

As I said before, I truly think that only you could do a Goomba custom and not make it look like a horrifying "floating head" monstrosity.

So, good job all around I think.

That's definitely one of the best Muggs you've ever done. You're really cranking them out as fast as possible lately. It's really interesting that the overall quality of your customs hasn't taken a hit given your ramped up schedule.

The face is one of your best ones, as well. You managed to pack in a lot of detail that others may have left off. Also, that custom gun is just crazy.
